They was great I moved from out of the area. And they worked with me through the phone. It was such a fast and easy process. Thanks to the two wonderful ladies in that day one named Deanna. She definitely was easy to work with gave me all the information I needed in more. Any possible discount she gave to me as well. I will definitely be doing my taxes at this location from now on. I've been coming to this location for 3 years to get my taxes done. Jalissa and DeAnna are always so amazing and make my taxes a smooth and easy process. I also seem to get my taxes back way faster going through them as well. They are very knowledgeable about taxes and make sure there's nothing wrong with your taxes before they turn them in. Everyone is always very kind and helpful, and they get things done quickly. I also like how they added the ability to add documents digitally through the app, which makes the process much faster, easier, and smoother. As always, the fees do escalate unfortunately quickly. Also, this year I had to everything via the app and over the phone, and I really liked doing it in person better. This could be a benefit for others, though.

I am First year international teacher and I was referred to Liberty tax. The experience so far is just as the referee explained. I used the app to upload my document which was very simple, I only wished I could rename the documents to show more organization. The team contacted me promptly and patiently walked me through the tax process over phone. I had a few questions and Sherida gave me quite comforting responses. I was given a coupon that deducted $67(20% off original cost- 15 for the referral and 5% for reviews) and then I was charged $277. I had researched other tax companies and got cheaper quotes however the testimonies were equally mixed so I chose Liberty tax because it was close to my work please and also because I had first and experiences of persons who had to use liberty with good reviews. I have recommend other persons to liberty tax
