I purchased an electric lawnmower. The price was right. Salesperson was extremely helpful & friendly I entered a Mother's Day giveaway and I won. The basket was awesome and every item in it was something I could use. Parker Pawn & Jewelry got me as a customer.

So the day started off with me wanting to get rid of a laptop I recently bought and it turned into this amazing tour of wonderful items they had on sale😇. They are a very organized pawn shop with the finest decorations. Lol and I’m not just saying that it is very true. Heather (and I’m hoping I spelled her name right) was very patient with me and very helpful. She had a great personality and amazing tips. While on my personal tour I met Ms Sylvia (who looked lovely might I add) she showed me a few deals that they had to offer. Exceptional can’t miss deals that made me want to make this my personal pawn shop duo for business with. I recommend everyone go here.

This company knows nothing about family and how important its employees are. My daughter was fired all because she had to take her son to the doctor but a manager who needed to to leave to get a haircut is much more important than a child. The owner of all these Parker Pawns needs to take a class on how to treat their employees especially those who have been there for over 5 years. You should be ashamed of yourself for what you did to Brittani but that requires you to have a heart and its clear that you don't. You lost a diamond and I'm praying for your heart or that u get one.

Came in today and was greeted by a young man by the name of Garland. I've always been very eerie of pawn shops as I move often but Garland is the man to go to!! He took great care of me and my wife, & come to find out he is the assistant manager! He's honestly the most professional person we have come across and knows everything he talks about, he made sure we got exactly what we needed and tested the products before he sold them to us to ensure they work. This is awesome and the staff is wonderful and friendly. I use this pawn often because of the location and my girl Brittany who always greets me when I come in. She is awesome and so funny. She always makes me smile even when I don't wanna. Don't y'all lose her she is definitely a asset.

I had the worst experience ever at Parker pawn today. The lady helping me out was super rude and out of line. She was the most unhelpful and disrespectful person I have ever met. I will never recommend nor ever return. I don’t normally write reviews, but I would hate anyone else to be treated this way.
