Parker Kaufman Realtors Main St, Jekyll Island

I have rented through Parker-Kaufman for years. Although I had not been to Jekyll in a few years, Parker-Kaufman was still the best. My trip had to be changed due to my having emergency heart surgery and the staff worked with me to reschedule and they were great. They are always helpful and ready to answer questions about rentals. I highly recommend them for rentals on Jekyll. They also told me, when they recommend our rental that it had the best view of sunrise and they were so right. It was spectacular every morning.

We have been renting houses on Jekyll for over 50 years with our extended family. Our experiences with Parker Kaufman have always been positive, They're always easy to deal with. very responsive to any need. The Breezy Cottage is our favorite to rent in December when we visit the island ……our happy place!

Our cottage had not been cleaned upon our arrival and we had to wait over an hour for housekeeping service to clean the unit. This was frustrating because we were unable to unpack and relax after several hours of driving. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy the island and festivities.

Merritt and Donna continuously take wonderful care of our property on Jekyll. We've rented out our place through them for a few years now. Renters vary, of course, but Parker Kaufman always strive to make this the absolute best experience for not only the owners, but the wonderful visitors who come stay on Jekyll Island. They go above and beyond continuously and for that, my family and I are grateful. I Highly recommend working with them!

We had made plan to stay at Village by the Sea Resort but when we got there our room was upstairs and we couldn't get a wheelchair up the stairs to get in. We went back to Parker Kaufman and they had a home on Beachwood that fit our needs. The Home was Beautiful and had everything we needed. Donna and sorry don't remember the other lady at the front desk name, but they Both went above and beyond to help us get a place that would fit our needs. We were there on the island for a conference, and with there help it made a bad start to a Wonderful Stay. Thank you So Much for everything you did for us.

We rented SeaSuite on Jekyll and it was just fabulous. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. We had one small issue with the unit that was resolved quickly. I would definitely stay at this location again and use this company again. The process was seamless and went off without a hitch.

My family rented the Clubhouse Cottage for May 2020 for my nieces wedding. Of course, a global pandemic changed that plan! While we weren't able to cancel the reservation completely, we were able to easily move it, not once but twice. We just spent 10 days on Jekyll Island and had a wonderful time! The home was roomy and comfortable and convenient to the beach.

We've used PK for the last 3 years. Always a pleasant experience. We visit JI twice a year. I would give a perfect score but the cleaning fee is not returned and we always clean the unit ourselves. The last two times the houses weren't cleaned to my standard's. I'm picky so it could be me! We always leave the homes cleaner and better than when we arrived.

This was our first time renting with Parker and it was basically a nice cottage but it needed some updates two small rugs in the kitchen had very unsightly dirty stains. The rental company responded quickly but for the amount of money can't believe they were that careless about the appearance we encountered upon arrival. Rental was ready for updates of several things. Not a bad experience but will look elsewhere next time.

Very easy to deal with. Made reservations online, less than 5 minutes to get the key and check in once we got to the island. House was very clean and comfortable.

We rented one of the Villas by the Sea and had a wonderful time. We did encounter an issue during our stay but PK Realtors handled it better than we had hoped. Loved the Villas, the view, the pool and the close access to Driftwood Beach.

My husband & I stayed on Jekyll Island for the first time in October 2021. We stayed at the Breezy Cottage and were more than pleased! Everything was immaculate and welcoming. The proximity to the beach, bike trail, and market place was ideal. We hope to come again.

This is the second year my friends and I have stayed at the Dolphin. The house -- and property -- is really terrific. Response from PK office is prompt and appreciated. While Merritt came over VERY quickly, I still think printed instructions are needed for the TV/Roku/CD player. As I joked w/Donna -- we're not all 20-yr-old IT wizards. The one thing I will mention -- for the second year -- and I know that these issues are the responsibility of the home owners, not PK. The secondary bathroom -- and I did show these to Merritt and he took photos -- the toilet tends to keep on flushing for about 4 times, the sink faucet is very difficult to pull forward and get the flow strong enough -- I have some arthritis in my hands that is my problem, but I'm probably not the only one. And lastly, the shower head is about to come out of the sheet rock, and the hot and cold faucets are very loose. But we love the house -- obviously since it's the second year we've rented.
