I shopped at half a dozen dealerships around the greater Portland/Vancouver area, and I'm so grateful I won't have to do that again - Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda is the only one that I will shop at, no question. Even in this tight car market, everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Rainer Jonas was an absolute DREAM to work with as a salesperson. Knowledgeable, realistic, responsive, and just a pleasure to get to know. I really felt like he was my advocate, and had my back the whole time I was in the hunt for the elusive CR-V Hybrid. When one arrived that hadn't been spoken for, Rainer was on it immediately and snagged it for me. I truly enjoyed every minute of the car buying experience. Sales Manager (former Finance Manager) Matt O'Neal was also incredibly patient, helpful, and resourceful in getting me financed when my own credit union let me down (I haven't bought a car in 18 years so they assumed I never had - Hondas last forever if you take care of them, what can I say???). It took longer than they expected, but I got a rate and loan terms that were better than I could have imagined. I am actually looking forward to driving from the east side of Portland to go to their service department, too. Everything is bright, airy, and pleasant - no horrible chemical smell like I've experienced at several other dealerships in the area. The attitude and demeanor of every single person I saw there was friendly and helpful across the board - and THAT is the kind of business that I will support every time. Our third Honda and second purchase from this dealership. In a crazy overpriced market right now, go to a dealer who doesn’t price gouge and treats you well. I can’t recommend this place enough! We had to wait a bit for our vehicle to arrive but this was due to wanting a very specific trim style and accessories added on. Ana (and Taylor) kept us updated with shipping updates and making sure our vehicle was exactly what we wanted. The whole process was straightforward and easy and both times we’ve purchased here we got what we wanted for a fair price without the extra “markups” so many other dealerships are pulling. By far the classiest Honda dealer in town!

As a retired businessman, I know very well that success requires a team effort. I am writing to express my appreciation to those members of the Wilsonville Honda team who helped me with the purchase of a set of four Michelin tires and a wheel alignment for our Honda CR-V. The staff was very helpful to me during the past week or so in evaluating and ordering the tires, and then scheduling the installation. Today they checked me in, shuttled me to my house in Villebois, installed the tires, contacted me when the installation was complete, shuttled me back to the dealership, and then checked me out. I have been a customer of Wilsonville Honda for seven years since we moved to Wilsonville. 07/01/2022 - I was at their service shop for a supposedly scheduled service. They made multiple errors and provided poor service response in return. Errors: 1 - cost estimate; 2 - hours duration; 3 - didn’t put me in schedule. Worst error is, customer service at time can’t do much except give me a $30 discount. Doesn’t even cover the cost estimate difference. Wasted my time and gas driving there. Could have been handled a lot better! And I am a first time customer.

I took my wife’s old HR-V into Parker Johnstone’s to have it appraised as possibly replaced. I intended on replacing it with the exact same model and trim, but after speaking to Gaylen, I was subtly convinced to upgrade 2 trim levels up. I’ve bought and sold many cars in the last couple years and was sure I knew exactly what I wanted after researching the cars via Honda’s website, however Gaylen was very knowledgeable and brought to light many features that Honda didn’t mention. While Parker Johnstone did not have the exact model and trim available, they fully deserve credit for selling me into the particular trim which we did find at a nearby dealership that day. We did end up selling our old HR-V to Parker Johnstone as they offered a highly competitive price for it. Joe in service also deserves a mention as he went out of his way to ensure we had everything from the old car and was super helpful. Gaylen and Joe deserve recognition as I do honestly believe they did more than other dealerships’ staff would do to treat customers well. We would recommend Parker Johnstone’s Honda to anyone looking to either sell their current vehicle or to purchase a new one.

After going back and forth for 6 months on buying a Honda Pilot vs another luxury brand I won’t name , Honda became the clear choice. You see, I’ve owned and driven Hondas for more than a decade , but nearly deviated to another brand because the lure of luxury. I ultimately was so turned off by this other luxury SUV manufacturers gross tactic of advertising at MSRP but tacking on a huge $17k markup at the last minute, that I returned to Cameron, my Wilsonville Honda sales rep, who told me they still had the pilot I wanted and they don’t play the mark up game. He said we aren’t marking up cars like others because we believe in repeat customers. Everything about Cameron and the buying experience was easy and pain free. The communication was impeccable and I now have a beautiful Pilot Elite with so many bells and whistles. AND it was nearly half the price of the other luxury SUV I was considering. This is my second purchase from Wilsonville Honda and I will for sure be back to get my daughter a new car next year and I’ll skip on the luxury brand shopping ever again because Honda has really stepped up their game and have incorporated a lot of high end features.

My wife and I purchased a used 2008 Honda CR-V in March 2021. Anthony was the sales associate that worked with me and he did an amazing job. He was friendly and professional. 100% highly recommend going to Wilsonville Honda! I had been doing research and looking around at the Honda Passport. I contacted multiple dealerships to get price quotes. Katrina reached out to me via email and sent me this welcome video, introducing herself and a run down of what I was looking for exactly and her contact information. My husband and I went to look at the vehicle with no intentions of buying that same day. Although they came in a little higher on the price compared to other dealerships, she won us over with her video message. The process was super smooth and I ended up leaving the dealership with a 2021 Honda Passport with everything that I was looking for and then some! I find it potentially to be a little easier to have one good experience at a dealership and with a sales rep. But, when you go back for repeat business and the second time around the experience is just as good, if not better, there’s something to be said. I have now worked with Rainer and Cameron, along with, their finance manager, Josh. I couldn’t feel better after doing business with them. All were professional, friendly, relatable and great representation of Wilsonville Honda. The CPO program they offer is as close as you can get to buying a new car. Vehicles receive a 182 point Honda certification inspection and come with a limited warranty. Along with, priced very competitively in the market. I have purchased a 2018 Accord and 2018 Odyssey because the piece of mind that the CPO offers. I couldn’t be happier. Wilsonville Honda also keeps their inventory in a garage and out of the elements. Which, is another nice touch. I highly recommend Wilsonville Honda be the first place you shop because if your experiences are anything like mine you will feel confident you don’t need to shop elsewhere. Once more, I want to shout out, Rainer, Cameron and Josh for the great experience. One day I hope to return for a CPO Ridgeline and would be pleased to do business with any of them. I have now owned 4 Honda's and this is my second time purchasing from Wilsonville Honda. Since working with Taylor with my first purchase in 2020 it was no question that I knew who I would be going back to when I was ready to make another purchase. This second time around, I called Taylor told her what I wanted and she went above and beyond to get everything ready so when I arrived all I had to do was sign the paperwork and collect the keys to my new vehicle. I was in and out of there within 40 mins! After getting home my daughter realized she forgot her cell phone, I called Taylor, she found my daughters phone right away and met us to return the phone, that is service you won’t find anywhere else! Bought a car at this dealership and we are using it for service as well. It is a bit out of the way from the western suburbs, which ordinarily would be a drawback, as a shuttle to work or home would not be possible. But with COVID I find it better to bring some work and wait for service to finish in the roomy waiting area of the dealership, instead of riding a shuttle. Service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, service is pretty good. There has been one occasion where the TPMS was not re-calibrated after service but no other complaints.

We purchased a used vehicle here and loved our experience. Taylor Reeves was our sales person and she was excellent. She was also excellent with follow-up communication in the year since for any random questions we have. Weve had 2 service spots and great service and communication both times.

My experience with Alan W. and his team at Wilsonville Honda was stellar. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and in fact chose NOT to go to the dealer closest to me due to the way they conducted themselves before I even arrived (the GM took the car HOME to show his wife, for the weekend, 1.5 hours after I made an appointment to test drive with a sales rep - I was told it would be back on Monday and my appointment had to be rescheduled from 10AM on Saturday to that day or later). Alan listened to what I wanted, showed me what they had, orchestrated a test drive, and then confirmed that I could ORDER the car I wanted (2021 Pilot Black Edition in White Pearl). We determined financing options, and the trade-in value ahead of time, and I was given a very fair price on this as well. There was no pressure at all, just confirmed assurance that I was happy with the selection. I waited two months, and was provided weekly updates on the build and ship progress. He carefully reviewed and solidified the accessories I wanted to have added, and had it ready to go when I arrived for final purchase. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

This is the third car we have purchased through parker Johnstone's Honda. We live about 2 hours away in Washington, but it's worth the drive. Price is always better than local dealerships and gaylen and staff make the process easy. In and out in about an hour maybe a little more if they are busy which they are, but always fast. Wanted almost $800 to change my spark plugs. Not a mechanic. Did it myself and the spark plugs were $50. Thank you YouTube! I added new ignition coils too which were $98. Also had them change my oil and got the car back and they put less than a quart of oil back in. Car takes at least 4 quarts. I called them and told them about it and they blamed me and said my car must be burning oil. Changed it myself and magically the car doesn’t burn any oil at all. Typical dealer. Don’t go here unless you want to be lied to and ripped off.

Everyone was so friendly and wanted me to be able to drive away with the car I wanted and at a fair price. I was able to test drive and look at every vehicle I was interested in. Anthony, the sales representative I worked with, greeted my dad and I as soon as we entered the door. He was very patient and personable and never tried to push a sale on me. He answered every question we had. Once I decided on my car and agreed to a price, the paperwork process was very quick and smooth. I drove away with exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need to purchase a car and will be recommending this Honda location to all of my friends and family. The sales representative, Geri, was amazing, and the financing manager patiently explained everything when prompted with questions. The counteroffer to my original offer was in the high range but in much better market value and came to about what I expected before I ever walked in to the dealership. There was a slight issue adjusting the service contract, but it was corrected quickly and with ease following a personal trip to the dealership to pick up my old car. This was my first time purchasing from a dealership through my own credit union, and it was quite smooth. However, I also came in knowing exactly what I was looking for. (-:

Rainer was comfortable and knowledgable, but not too aggressive in sales, Rob was great in finance. I purchased that day, even though that wasnt my original intent, and they allowed me to take some time to make sure i was confident in my decision. One month in and I'm in love with my Honda! I've also had a quick and easy service experience, for an accessory install, and jose and the staff were all great to work with. I'm planning on returning for future services, though hopefully not too soon!

In fact, all of the staff at Wilsonville Honda are wonderful to deal with. I've been buying and leasing with them for years and won't go anywhere else. I left the dealership with a Honda Pilot that I really wanted with all the features I desired and I feel I got the best price I could for the car. There was no high pressure approach with long drawn out negotiations that are so annoying to me. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Alan, who used my input I was looking for to help find the perfect car for me. I didn't feel any pressure to buy, or that there was any time limit to my decision, which is a huge huge plus for Parker Johnstone's. Alan was very patient with me through the whole process and I could tell he honestly wanted to help me find a vehicle that was safe, affordable, comfortable, and the perfect fit for my lifestyle. Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda is without a doubt the best dealer in the metro area. They provide their prices up front, which were significantly lower than anyone else and allow you to get a cash offer on your trade in before going to the dealership, allowing you to know everything you need before heading in. From the time we arrived at the dealership, until the time we left, everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly. Our sales rep, Katrina, was up front and honest and quickly moved us through the process. She did literally everything, including installing our mud flaps herself. Jason, the finance manager was also incredibly efficient, making the signing process so easy. The entire visit lasted four hours; however, the majority of that was us test driving the vehicles and deciding which color we wanted. They have a great inventory and didn’t try steering us towards more expensive options. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Wilsonville Honda and it won’t be the last. Do yourself a favor and skip the other dealerships in the area and go to the best.

Purchased my car from here years ago and return for service on my vehicle, despite it being across town from where I live. I enjoyed the hassle-free buying experience as well as the service technicians not trying to sell me unnecessary garbage on my maintenance visits. The individual who I dealt with during my vehicle purchase left the dealership but I was surprised to receive a phone call from another person who would be taking his place, offering himself as a resource should I ever have any questions or concerns in the future about my vehicle. I feel that is wonderful service and shows that they really want their customer base to be happy. Keep up the great work!

The buying experience was pretty painless and pleasant. We’re very happy with our 2019 Civic. However, trying to get anyone in the service department to answer the phone, let alone return a call in a timely fashion is virtually impossible. The reason I used Wilsonville Honda in the first place was so that I could take my car to a local dealership for service. Bad move so far. If PJ Honda wants my continued business, they need to address the problem.

Walked in and Anna approached us right away, which is awesome because we tend to walk in and look around waiting for someone to help us. She offered us food and beverage and took us around their lot. We came upon a great deal that another dealer wasn’t able to offer. The process was so fast and smooth. It was my first car purchase and didn’t know much, but she answered all my questions and helped me understand the process. There were no surprises which I was super happy about! At day of signing Anna was waiting at her desk with drinks and cookies, super excited and very genuine attitude! She showed me everything in my car and how to use it. Terrible experience! We live in Grants Pass and set up an appointment to drive over 200 miles to purchase a 2014 nissan leaf. About 10 miles from our destination they called saying they had to cancel the appointment because it was snowing. A week after driving back they continued to hassle me about buying the car and i once again agreed when they said they would pay the transport fee for wasting my time. At the last minute they tried to sneak in the transport fee saying "it cost more than we thought" after refusing they then said they would like to whole coat of the check mailed to them before i testdrive it. This place is dull pf the worat kind of lieing acheming salesman.

However, here in Wilsonville we woke on Saturday February 13th to damages caused by the worst ice storm that the Portland Metro has experienced in over 50 years. There were massive power outages, and our staff were trapped in their homes due to hazardous road conditions - not just snow and ice, but downed power lines and fallen trees, with additional damage still occuring throughout the day. We got in touch with you as soon as we were able on Saturday morning, a couple of hours prior to your appointment, and we apologize that it wasn't soon enough to save you the better part of the drive. Upon your return home, we offered to lower the agreed-to purchase price of the Nissan Leaf as well as cover transport costs to bring it to you in Grants Pass, as compensation for your time. This offer was made with the understanding that you intended to purchase the vehicle, so we asked for signed documents - and yes, payment - prior to delivery. Add an oil change. Price was great. Service Was Friendly. I called in the morning left a message for somebody to call me back no return phone call. I called back four different times and getting the answering machine leaving my name and number and as of 503 still have not got a phone call back. That I'm not happy with. Just bought a 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and was so pleased with my entire experience working with Wilsonville Honda from my first call to the dealership to driving the car off the lot. Rainer, the sales agent I worked with, was very transparent about everything, followed up on my calls/texts, and answered all of my questions explaining everything in clear detail. The finance specialist I worked with, Jim, was also very pleasant and transparent about everything. And on top of all that the dealership is not adding any Inventory Markup to their cars like other certain dealerships are right now. Great experience until the finance guy ruined it by trying to get us to buy a 2,500 extended warranty on a new car that would be useless after 75k. My daughter will put 75k on the car before the original 3 year warranty is up. It’s just things like this that really put a damper on all the hard work the salesperson went through making us happy.

We were close to buying a car thanks to Carlos Mendoza, until Taylor, the manager shoved a random price change of an additional $1900 because there was a random "error in the system," after she was the one that put the initial document together. She kept smiling saying that at least she gave us $200 off. When my husband and I told her that we wanted to shred the signed document because we were not ready to move forward due to the price change, she gathered the docs and said she would photocopy them. My husband and I asked her to at least white out the signature or cross-off the signature before photocopying because we were not comfortable with a signature on a document before the price change. At this point, she only crossed off the date infront of us, but left my signature on the doc. She then walked away and made a photocopy of the signed docs without mine or my husband's consent. At this point we were extremely frustrated because there was no respect to our concern. When she came back with the copy she showed us that my signature was crossed off, and the copy she had in hand was also crossed off. Since she had gone into a room and done the photocopies without our consent, my husband I could no longer tell if she had actually crossed off my signature from the original doc or not. The most frustrating part of this all was that as we kept asking her to cross of the signature she kept smiling and airing us out saying she was still going to photocopy and keep the copies in a file. We felt really bad for Carlos who did such a great job and was patient through the entire process. If you read this, we hope that you find a better work place. Thank you for your time and patience. We owe a big thank you to Kristina and the wonderful people in the service and detail shop. We were referred to them from a local auto body shop after our truck had some (minor, but definitely still there) flood damage in the rear floor of the cab. Thanks to Wilsonville Honda our almost brand new truck is back to us in perfect shape. Even though our insurance was dragging on this issue, the shop immediately took everything out to cab down to the frame, mitigating more damage. They did all electrical checks (multiple times) and we thankfully didn’t have any issues. Our adjuster who came to see the car was very impressed with how they handled the situation. On top of that we were even given a courtesy car while ours was in the shop. Kristina was so helpful and always kept us informed (and calmed my panicking). I’ve always been a “never go to the dealership for service” kind of person, but I’ve been proven wrong after this. Thank you to all the people at Wilsonville Honda. You guys did a fantastic job!

I have a 16 accord touring. This was my first time visit this dealer. I reserved the service between 3 to 5 to enjoy the $10 discount. I thought it might be a scam because they did not say how much the original price was on the website. I realized they had the best price ($35 after the discount for oil change) after checked in. I also did the transmission oil change in the same visit. I could feel the difference. Changing gear became very smoothly. They did a great job! I recommend this place.

Consummate zero pressure sales. Alan was fantastic. We went by to just look at a few models the night before - he was quick, efficient and left any sales pitch up to the cars themselves. We just bought a 2021 Honda CR-V from Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. Now, I've purchased roughly 10 new cars over the years and this was far and away the best experience, ever. Our sales person Geri Reeves was great to work with, and she was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, financing and service options.. When we went in to deal with the dreaded 'Finance Guy' even HE turned out to be outstanding (I'm looking at YOU Josh!). He managed to be efficient, thorough and funny at the same time. Post-sale support has been equally excellent with our contact Jessica providing us with excellent communication and scheduling. I highly recommend this dealership. Wilsonville Honda provided great service when I purchased a car in March 2020 and sold a car just today. I was amazed at how quickly they purchased my car, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Rainer and Cameron were delightful to work with. The showroom is small but interesting with a race car and V8 IndyCar engine on display. The employees seem close knit, like family. This dealership feels very different from the other Honda dealers in town who pride themselves on having the most sales or largest service centers. Can’t recommend Wilsonville Honda enough!

We are from Washington so we drove about 4 hours to get there. Initially, we had our eyes on a Honda HR-V, I called Parker Johnstone’s up and let them know I’m interested and would like to come see this car along with a Subaru Outback they had there as well. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between Kim and I- from their understanding they had an appointment on the Honda HR-V but not the Subaru, from my understanding they were going to make the Honda HR-V available to me as well and I would also be looking at the Subaru. Anyways I drive 4 hours with my girl- excited for our first purchase and when we roll up the Honda HR-V is up front with a sold sticker on it. I was upset like any being would be and you’re probably wondering why I have 5 stars down. Well what comes next is the meat and potatoes of this review. Alan stepped in and spoke to me- he apologized profusely, offering to pay my gas and buy my dinner. Usually I would make a mess of a scene but you can tell when a business or person is genuinely sincere- Alan and the team at Parker Johnstone’s we genuinely apologetic for such a misunderstanding- the emotion and body language was all there. I decided to still look at the Subaru and wouldn’t you know we fell in love with it. Alan worked his tail off to make us feel comfortable and give us a deal we just couldn’t not refuse due to such a situation. (I’m sure he’d do it for any situation) he was running back and forth as we talked price. Bob the man who calls the shots there, took in our situation and held up the standard of caring for their customers, despite already giving us a heck of a deal he simply modified the savings we would get once again and that’s when the deal was done- he gave us- again- a deal we could not refuse. The Subaru drove great- beautiful thing, like new. They washed it up and filled the tank for our journey home. Alan made us feel very welcomed- he laughed and shared stories with us, talked family and future, I forgot we were even in a dealership! Great people, Great car, Big hearts. Mistakes happen and it’s how you as a person decide to respond- we are all just humans at the end, everything else is materialistic. I’m glad I came here and I’m glad everything worked out the way it was supposed to be. Thank you Parker and Johnstone’s for your impeccable staff and charismatic values. They tell you not to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, but I disregarded this notion and purchased an out of state vehicle online through Parker Johnstone’s Honda. It was an easy and wonderful experience! They had over 25 detailed professional photos of the rare vehicle I was looking for. Geri became my eyes on the ground and alerted me to imperfections on the vehicle that I would have only be able to see in person. The asking price was reasonable and I made a decision in under 10 minutes. The sales staff was easy to contact and every one I spoke to was courteous and professional. This was our second new CR-V purchased with the assistance of Alan Worrest...an outstanding person! Alan is a total professional...extremely knowledgeable on all Honda products...courteous and attentive to our needs...and very intuitive in his interactions...there is zero pressure...Alan wants you to be totally happy with your purchase. When I asked for a detailed quote on our potential purchase he provided a precise document that clearly laid out ALL pricing. There were no hidden fees, etc. Parker Johnston Wilsonville Honda had the vehicle we wanted, at an excellent out the door price...a zero interest rate loan, and a trade-in value of our previous vehicle that sealed the deal! I've taken my truck in for routine maintenance twice. Both times I was so impressed with how good the customer service is. Today I was greeted by Jenette. She was incredible to work with. Very friendly and had great communication. The service work was done on schedule and was actually cheaper than I thought it would be. If you have a Honda, I highly recommend their service department.

I was seeking a 2020 CRV EX AWD to purchase in anticipation of my first winter in the Rogue Valley. A competitively priced vehicle was identified though Car Gurus. After making an on-line inquiry to this dealership, Anthony Crutch (Sales Representative) replied in a timely fashion, provided details and throughout the purchase process, was nothing but a delight to work with. His breadth of knowledge of the Honda brand, and low pressure approach to car sales, made the eventual purchase an event worth repeating. On the day of the purchase, the Finance Manager (Josh Delaunay) assembled and executed the necessary paperwork in well under thirty minutes. Several options were discussed, at that time, but no undue pressure at signage was noted. All in all, this transaction was a seamless, enjoyable process and those seeking similar experiences, as part of their purchase, should consider including Parker Johnstone Honda.

My experience at Parker Johnstone's began in January '20, when I needed quite a bit of work done on my 2000 Honda Accord. Mark, Service Advisor, was extremely kind, patient and helpful with me when I needed him to explain the numbers and services (a lot of it seemed like another language to me!). Mark was honest and also had a great sense of humor; I knew I was in good hands and started to think that I wanted to come back in the near future to buy a new car. Months later, in July, I was still interested in coming back. Katrina, Customer Sales Representative, could not have been more welcoming, good-hearted and knowledgable about everything. We kept in contact after my first visit and on, from looking at cars and test driving a pre-owned vehicle to reviewing/comparing numbers and making a final decision. She was so incredibly kind to and patient with me and my mom, since this was my first time leasing a car. Katrina nearly bent over backwards for me, keeping in contact with me on her day offs, including coming into work on one of these days to help me more with my decision. Once I made my decision, Josh, Finance Manager, could not have made me feel more at ease about it! He made all financing and paperwork very easy as well. Everything about my experience at Parker Johnston's since January '20 reminds me that this is where to come to buy your Honda. I can't wait for my next visit!

I took a friend to purchase a car and I have to say was probably the best experience I've had outside of CarMax. It was a low-pressure situation and to be honest I pushed things quite a bit just to see if they would be amicable with suggestions and I have to say they really worked with us to make this a good experience for her. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda yesterday! These guys went above and beyond. I was in a unique situation in that I’d found a vehicle for sale online and was flying in from out of state to purchase it. I then needed to drive it from Oregon to yet a different state where it would be registered and titled. Aaron, who I originally communicated with via email went out of his way to answer all of my questions about the vehicle and Carfax report. Josh, a sales rep, then took over and even picked me up from the airport! The car was exactly as described online and the whole process was very smooth. The finance/licensing departments were informative, never pushy, and did everything they could to make sure the registration process in the new state would be done correctly. It was the easiest financing process I’ve ever been through! The dealership itself was comfortable and it was clear that all of the employees had a great relationship. There wasn’t a cut-throat, awkward sales vibe you sometimes feel at other dealerships. I’d definitely buy another car here and would highly recommend Josh!

I had an awesome experience! This has been the easiest car purchased I’ve ever had. Taylor Reeves Is amazing, totally recommend her. She works with you through the whole process. I have always put off buying vehicles because of the buying experience- feeling pressure to to look at a vehicle I have zero interest in. This dealership let's you shop for cars with no pressure. Recently we were shopping for a vehicle with the help of Rainer. He was helpful and answered every question we had. I am most impressed that he handed us the keys to vehicles we chose to test drive, let us have time to check them out and decide what we liked. Not once did he push us. I'll get the minor negative piece out now so that I can wax lyrical about the positives. It took four hours to get my vehicle. They were extremely busy, and Alan Worrest my sales rep did everything he could to move the process along. Everyone at this dealership made every effort to make sure we were taken care of and even though it took a long time, I ended up with the new Passport I wanted. Great job, and thank you Alan!

Absolutely the best car buying experience ever! Anastasia was very responsive and took the time to explain everything to me. Her passion for Honda's was very evident. In fact every single person that I talked to there from the assistant manager to the service people were friendly and honest. I never felt under pressure. Brought my 2002 Accord in to have (only) the driver-side automatic window motor replaced. They quoted me almost $800 for the repair, and charged me approximately $150 just to look at it. Like, read the room sweetie, I drive a 2002 accord for a reason… Feels good to be priced out of having functional windows in the middle of summer !!

Everyone that helped me today get a new car was friendly, patient, and so willing to get me a great deal. I was impressed with everyone I dealt, especially Geri. We were the first customers there and the last to leave and she was there with us the entire time! I appreciated her attitude towards the day. She made the experience so pleasant and rewarding! It was very nice working with someone who had our best interest at heart and was just as excited as us to be getting a new car. I've been going to Parker Johnstone's Honda for years, but poor customer service has finally made me drop them and go somewhere else. I recently had my car serviced (oil change+) and they neglected to fill up my washer fluid! When I called, instead of making it right, I was told ' well, were human...' Yes, I agree but you could've provided good customer service and offered to rebate next oil change or given some kind if credit. They also grossly over estimated a repair. I was quoted $750, and when I called other vendors I was quoted $350, half the price!
