Park Side Credit Union Great Northern Ave, Missoula

I have been banking with Park Side for about 2 years now and i have never had a better bank. When i say customer service is top tier, it really is. Every phone call, email and in person interaction with the entire staff has been over the top amazing. I will never switch banks and i encourage everyone i know to bank here.

Brittney Zubowicz, Senior Loan Officer always goes above and beyond to assist with your lending needs. She offers advice when I call and ask questions when I need it.. She is always a pleasure to work with and gets back to you when she tells you she is going too. Thanks Brittney Z..

Terrible. Mobile app useless, new debit card expires same month issued, they won't let you use the bathroom. "We love to say yes"... Unless you have to pee before you open an account.

Absolutely best banking experience yet! I struggled with financial responsibility when I was younger and the awesome banking experts over at Park Side Credit Union have helped me get back on track and establish banking history. Drew at the front counter has always been in a very positive mood and extremely helpful. Absolutely I recommend Park Side CU!

The staff here have always been friendly, but their website is an unusable nightmare. It is impossible to get anything done (money moved, bills paid) on there without the site crashing or buttons just not working altogether. I almost always end up needing to call in, but now when I call for help, the wait time is really long. If they just made their website actually usable, that would make a huge difference.

Parkside is a great place for all your banking needs. Brittany is a great person to work with. She is very helpful and gets back to you quickly.

I agree with the other review, they are great to work with; especially Drew and Aaron. Although they are not responsible for the problems occurring with the bank. I went into the one that is on expressway and noticed that there are employee cars parked in the drive through areas so I went in and one of the ladies told me that they haven't had tellers for four years, was rude and expected me to already know this, If you haven't had drive through a or tellers for four years then put up a closed sign in front of the parking lot it's deceiving.

Update, Parkside immediately reached out to rectify my issue. Also my mistake that I didn’t realize that they open at 10:00 am on Thursday instead of 9:00. If you want to talk to someone local good luck. They have outsourced their phone services to somewhere else. All they can do is read a script and are very unhelpful. I used to be so happy with this company but I am currently very disappointed with there customer service.
