Been trying to get my PS4 out of your shop. You told me that you would be reopening on January 5th and let me get my PS4 out on January 5th even though it expires January 4th because you would be out of town until January 5th. Here it is January 8th and you are still not open. I have the money and would like to come get my PS4 out of your shop. I’ve called several times and yet you do not have an answering machine so I’m unable to leave a message to reach you. You do not have an email address listed to reach you at either. I’ve driven up there every day for the last few days and your truck has not been there. I would really appreciate it if you would contact me or open your store so I can get my PS4 back. I understand if you’re going out of business or struggling due to this COVID pandemic, however, I would really like to come get my PS4 back please.

If y'all are closed all the way until February 11th and here it is only December y'all might want to just take it off the internet that y'all are open

This place Rocks, alot of people love this place some do not. Those that do not well cant please everyone. I have noticed several bad reports so incase you dont know I will tell you, a pawn shop is a place where you can go and get a small loan on material things of value, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT, EVER!!!! IN ANY PAWN SHOP ACROSS THE LAND. You will get a percentage of the value and they must be able to resell and mark up for a profit which pays there rent and electric if it wasnt for them alot of people wouldn't be able to get through hard times, they make you an offer and you accept it , so for the Haters, you were probably having a bad day and in a rough patch and it's cool but these guys here ROCK !!! they take good care of me and other people i know. I called the store to ask some basic questions and I was talked to like I was illiterate and was told to sell my things on the internet. I plan on getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau. I would rather deal with an ax murderer with the blade to my throat than deal with this jerk again.

This is a great place, and even better people. They are helpful and kind. If you need to pawn, sell or BUY. This is a great place to go.

Walked in got greeted with can I help you!! The A.C. felt So good there & it smells good! I got help when I ask for help real quick. I was very happy how they were patience with me!! The customer service was great with a smile got a awesome deal as Well! Park avenue is a good up standing business i trust going to check out agian!Pawn

Items are overpriced, across the board. But when I tried to sell things, they offered me a pittance. I was broke so I had to take the $200 for four ruby cocktail rings, a coin from the 1800s, a large opal pendant, a bass guitar, and even more stuff I can't remember. My son was with me and we just sold the items and left. Later I had to come back because I had forgotten some items which hadn't sold. I spoke to the young man who appeared to be the owner, expressing my concern over the low amount I was paid for all those things, and wondering whether he thought that was fair. He became quite belligerent, raising his voice and yelling (sending two children scurrying into a room behind the counter), and raving about how much it cost him to keep that place up, and did I know what a lousy location it is? He was loud and intimidating and angry, and I am a small woman. I grabbed my items and fled. It left a very bad taste in my mouth, and me, my son, nobody in my family, or anybody I've shared this story with will be visiting Park Avenue Gold & Pawn. What a creep. Nothing like the nice guys on television.

Very kind, chatty folks. Even though I was visiting to sell items and not make a purchase, I was treated kindly and not like a criminal trying to off things. They were also very kind to my 6yr old son, and I was very comfortable with the experience.

Best pawnshop in Central Florida. Worth the drive. Authentic. Parking in rear. A customer for 15 years.
