I will recommend Paramount Bank to anyone, specifically if you are a first time home buyer. They made the process seem easy and hassle free. Mark Anderson could of not been any better. He got me approved in no time. He explained everything and walked me through the entire process. I was expecting closing to be long and he made it super quick. His customer service and attention to your needs is great. If I have to buy another home I will never hesitate to call Mark again.

Paramount Bank is amazing from start to finish and beyond! No surprise fees or any other surprises. Jim Duffy was the best! He stuck with me from start to finish answering all my questions (even on the weekends) and keeping me informed on how things were going and what to expect. Paramount, and Mark Anderson in particular, did not allow my complicated income situation to be a reason that I would be denied a mortgage refinance. Unlike the 3 previous lenders at which I tried to refinance my home mortgage, Paramount was able to process my loan through one of Fannie Mae's programs that the other lenders did not even know existed. Mark was honest about timeframes, timely with communication, and honored all quotes (rates, closing costs, etc.). The remote closing was a little weird, but worked. I've closed on 5 mortgages now and this one was the best experience by far.
