Our loan officer at Central Bank was Bridget Gilbert, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and gifted at clearly and patiently explaining the loan process. It took us over a year to get a home, and she was there for us every step of the way. Bridget is truly the best loan officer anyone could have. I would highly recommend her to everyone!

I had a great experience getting my mortgage from Central Bank. It's a nerve-wracking thing to do under the best of circumstances, but Mike and his team smoothed the way to make it as pain free as possible. They were very responsive and Mike gave really helpful advice when I had questions. As interest rates ticked up, he was right on top of it and locked in a low rate for me. I definitely felt that he and Central Bank were working in my best interest, and would recommend them to someone seeking a mortgage.

Oh yea he also saved me over 5000.00 in closing cost. His team was fast and efficient. I closed exactly 35days after the offer was made and Tom and his team were done well before the close date. It was a very smooth process and I will definitely keep him on the list for future endeavors. I’m not giving Central Bank a 5 star rating, They genuinely earned it.

Great is an understatement. As a previous home seeker, and most likely others like me, I need updates. I needed to know my agent was as invested in making that home happen as me. Most of the process is automated so it was easy to submit the required documentation and to review the loan documents. No haggling was required and I am very satisfied with the terms of the loan. Bridget was very friendly and responsive and communicated very well with us through the process. The only negative was that no representative of the bank was present at settlement, and the numbers on the final disclosure didn't seem to match the payoff amounts on the web site.
