Aimee assisted me in purchasing my first home. I used the VA Home Loan, it can get quite confusing. Aimee explained everything thoroughly, I always had a lot of questions about the loan and the process. She didn't hesitate to help me at all!! She always responded quickly and called me if I really needed to know something quickly. I'm always recommending her business to anyone looking into buying a home. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

My wife and I are customers of two local credit unions, but neither of them was well versed with the VA home loan process, so it seemed. The loan officers we dealt with were very professional and knew their banks product well but fell short on VA home loan process. The rates were another factor. My wife and I have excellent credit, so we were offered competitive rates, which was fine, however their VA loan rate was over 4 percent which was shocking. The best part is Aimee brokered our lock in rate almost a full point under our credit union. Her ability to effectively communicate left no error’s in the process and we were able to close on the property two weeks early.
