VERY disappointed in this credit union guys. Been with them for 12 yrs. had a few run ins with the Tyrantal behavior in the past.. But this time really takes the cake. Todd the supervisor in the underwriting Dept. Totally Disrespects the members. Undermines them and shows no compassion. He has the button on your loans guys.. DO BETTER CCU. Your suppose to be serving the public. Not Good at all

The best bank in New Hanover County North Carolina. Friendly service, awesome rates, this bank whether you call local or Main Office in Corning N.Y. Always go above and beyond. Used other banks in the area and was never satisfied. Love Corning credit.

This is by far the best banking institution you could use. I live in PA and have no locations near me. Closest one is 2 hours away. I have been banking with them right along with no issues. I haven't been to the branch in nearly 3 years. They are super easy to work with and are always willing to assist in any way possible.

This is the best credit union I have ever been with! I needed to get something notarized and it took less than 7 minutes. I even was able to go during my lunch break. The only thing that bothers me is if you use your card as credit it charges you a $3 fee for "transferring" money.

Have been a member of CCU almost my entire life. I love the mobile banking and atm banking. Very convenient to have the self service change counter. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

My wife and I have been long standing members of Corning Creidt Union. We used to love them but in the last 1-2 years them have become increasingly difficult to work with and almost unbearable. We have recently established a strong relationship with a local bank and have made CCU secondary and potentially obsolete within the next year. I am not sure why this once friendly, customer oriented operation became so rigid and nasty. It might be new regulations, new management, the economy, etc. but we don't like it.......................... updating review due to having CCU call me to discuss. I am not thrilled with the processes of their operation in some instances but definitely appreciate the outreach from them. The initial 1 star rating may have been too harsh but I was upset at the time. updated 02/08/2022

Truly wish I could give a good review as I've used them for over a decade. But this recent interaction is forcing me to completely unaffiliated with them. We found a wonderful house. Got a pre-approval and even explained that we were ecstatic to be able to bring home horses and have a ton of wonderful land with the home. Fast forward, we had an accepted offer on the home. Everything got approved even by the CCU attorney. Then, we get a call... CCU is refusing to provide a loan. At first, it was said it's because some of the property was being leased to a local farmer. When I said that we could break the lease per the contract if needed, we then were told, if any of the land could be potentially used for agricultural use, that Corning will not provide a loan for it. Not ONCE was this stated anywhere. In RURAL upstate New York, how could you not ask that question? Seriously? Because it has a horse barn and a bunch of acreage you won't provide a loan? Well 3 other local banks were perfectly fine with it, and we're quite shocked that they refused. So... Now the sellers have to know that our mortgage is changing hands and we'll have a new attorney... We very possibly could lose the home of our dreams, all because Corning dragged us for nothing. If we had known, we would have gone with someone else from the start. Helpful hint, if someone's excited about bringing home a horse, the property they want has some decent acreage. And if a property has decent acreage in rural upstate NY, how could it not potentially be used for agriculture?

Love banking with ccu. I do most everything on the app without hassle. Only have to go to a physical location if I want to use the coin machine, which is super convenient because it deposits the money right into your bank and no fees.

HUUUUGEE Fan of CCU they have the best customer service I have ever seen at a bank. Also I get 2% on my checking I have yet to find anyone in the market to come near to matching it. If you live in the area this is the best place to bank. They also have amazing mortgage and car loan rates!

Everyone is so friendly, kind, and helpful they are all like family I have been with them since I was 4 my dad helped me helped me set up my very first account and I am 25 now and I have been with these amazing folks ever since and I absolutely love it
