Wonderful service and a great product buy from a highly reputable business here in Hawaii! I purchased a beautiful Red Guitar from the owner. She was very kind, extremely knowledgeable and had the most upbeat personality! We're definitely coming back here!

Visited this shop and received great service.

The lady working here is very rude and thinks she is better then everyone els I bring in my wife’s necklace to have it repaired she ask me if I had money to repair it 3 times and said show me you have money before we repair it I know I did it not look my best that day but I work 2 jobs and I was passing by I thought I could just walk in and check if they can fix it she made me feel absolutely terribly i just walked out After that I will never be coming back again and I will be letting all my family know not to come Here God Bless you may you find peace in your black heart.

I called and ask if they have any Gold coins available And her response was go on eBay You people always Want the lowest price available rock bottom Just because I have a Local accent Doesn't mean she has the rights to say you You people are looking for rock bottom price I'm looking to buy in one oz gold gold I have $2000 to spend on it I was just looking to buy One I seen somebody wearing it a while ago and I admire It She had no right to accuse me that I wanted to pay rock bottom prices When I only said one Sentence do you have any gold coins available She was very rude just because Im local Do not come here she does not like local people She is very rude And racist She needs to learn how to treat customers with common Courtesy And not harass anybody because what their nationality is

I called this place a few times and was greeted by a kind and helpful representative who was patient and provided all the answers I needed prior to going to there store. Fast forward a day or two I finally have time to swing by to conduct some business and was pleasantly relieved to see that they have a locked door because a few of the pawn shops I’ve been to in the past didn’t and I felt vulnerable, to say the least. I was met with the same representative and she embodied all the friendly and warm customer service which I was expecting from my dealings with her over the phone. The business itself was conducted professionally with a casual vibe. At no point did I feel put off or uneasy about the whole store and dealing with them, and I felt that partially because I did my work ahead of time that my transaction with the shop was fair. I went in with the understanding that it’s Hawaii, everythings expensive and as a business; you need to stay afloat so I didn’t beat them up with the prices they offered me. In summary, I would recommend others to swing by and check it out.

Excellent friendly service, I got a loan for some jewelry and I got it back at a fair interest rate...The lady is very helpful and nice...I also bought a beautiful chain; and it is working out just perfect for me, great deal thanks! I really like the Hawaiian displays too.

This lady should not be trusted . She flat out ripped me off. She switched my brand new diamond tennis bracelet($500+ value) with a cheap repaired $99 at the most, bracelet Being that Im new to borrowing money by putting my bracelet down, she took advantage and ripped me off. The receipt was not a standard receipt which I only realized when I went to pay to get my bracelet back and she had switched it and denied it and off the bat wanted to fight. I have no reason to lie about this. Tthis really shocked me and has opened my eyes to be more cautious in the future.not to be so trusting. The only thing I got from doing business here was an inspiration for a story. Featuring a wicked dishonest cold bitter old pilau business lady .

Terrible terrible terrible customer service quality Lady was screaming and cursing me called me dirty just because I tryed on earring and ask if what is the lowest price you can do for me she told me to GET OUT how does she have any type of business When responding to her customers like this
