Excellent service. I was finally able to cash my check after many disappointments, you don’t know the relief I felt. Very grateful for this business and the awesome staff there, a simple and straight forward process. Mahalo!

I was helped by Sam. He was very helpful and patient with me. Reason being I come here once a year to cash my personal checks from my newspaper customers. So I gave him more than enough checks for him to process! Lol But through it all he was very patient and gave me great customer service. I would highly recommend going to Sam for help! The staff is Amazing, friendly, fast and professional. The worker Sami, helped me out. It was my first time there so he explained to me how the process works. It took no longer than 10 minutes to get everything done. They have Convenient store hours and it’s in an easy Location with plenty of parking next to holy smokes! I’ll definitely be back!!!! Took a first payroll check to them after walmart, safeway, and bank of hawaii wouldn't cash. Of course this check was needed for rent next day!! We were so stressed. Safeway workers suggested we try money mart so we went. Uli was very professional and relatable, and took care of us quickly. An end to the nightmarish worry that I wouldn't be able to pay rent on time only due to bureaucratic red tape. Will go to money mart next time I cash a check. Thank you, Uli!

I visited your establishment not knowing what I really needed. I was helped by a very pleasant and very helpful worker name Sam. He explained to me how the loan process works and what documents I needed. Sam also explained to me the process of cashing my check. He then went on to explain that I could put everything on a momentum debit card. I am glad I came in I left with relief and will be coming this Money Mart from now on!!! Staff and service was great. Recommend this place to anyone. Sami and chan took care of me and my family when we were their today to do our taxes. It was not a long wait and best part the fees are super low. Unlike H&R Block and Jackson Heweit they charge and arm and a leg for fees. You won't regret it!

Pearlcity check cashing is by far the best check-cashing place I have ever been to they take time to explain their promotions and all the other benefits that they have there they are friendly they make me laugh and feel comfortable with being there I highly suggest everyone take time to experience what I did

Sam located at the pearlcity location was awesome! Super helpful and friendly! the lady luisa was absolutely rude and was a disregard to my questions ive never met someone who treated people so disrespectful in an establishment, but sam was awesome!

Sam at money mart was most helpful, he was able to cash a big check that not even American savings wasn't able to cash.
