Bob Gillespie is the best!!!! I stopped in today on a whim to look at a 4Runner that I have wanted for quite some time but couldn't find the right deal. Bob Gillespie immediately brought the truck around for me to look at and went with me for a long test drive, he explained everything to me on the vehicle. When we got back it was the quickest and easiest car transaction I have ever had. He truly is amazing and got me the deal I wanted as the customer for the car versus the other way around. I was in an out within an hour and he was genuinely so happy that I as the customer was happy with my purchase of the vehicle that I got. I have to say that when I went to Paoli Ford I was not really going to buy a truck. Then that all changed. I met Bob Gillespie and he worked with me and understood what I was looking for. After requesting online quotation for an Expedition Max, I received a phone from Paoli Ford and set up an appointment to test drive next day. Bob Gillespie got the car ready for me before I arrived. He made me relaxed. After test drive, we quickly came to agreement with the price. The entire process was smooth and nice. Of course he did an excellent orientation of the new car. If you are a well informed consumer, e.g. you did your homework well first, then Paoli Ford is the place to go to get your new car.

I tried for months to schedule recall work for my Mach-E at the dealership where I purchased the car. Matthews/Paoli Ford was able to schedule it immediately when I called them. The work is done, my car looks and runs great, and I'm still waiting for that other dealership to call me back with a schedule or plan to complete the work. I suspect that I'll never hear from them and Matthews/Paoli Ford will have all of my future business (sales and service).

I just bought a new truck from Paoli Ford two days ago. My last Ford truck was also purchased at the same dealership. My experience this go around was just as pleasant as my last purchase. I traveled from Indiana to purchase a truck from Paoli Ford, in the process of looking for exactly what I wanted I spoke with 10+ dealerships from all over the U.S. an Paoli Ford was by far the most responsive, communication was top notch. Daniel Keefauver was my point person from the beginning, lining everything up for me, then David Percinsky wrapped everything up. Start to finish I don't see how this could have been a better experience. The next day I received a text message making sure I had made it home safely (10 hour drive). The customer service showed to an out of state buyer, who isn't a local repeat customer really shows the core values of this business. If you are looking for a New vehicle This is the place to go!

Paoli Ford was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. As a native New Yorker looking for a new Bronco in this environment, I was appalled by the price gauging taking place at my local dealers. So I went to Carmax.com and found multiple other dealerships. I reached out to all of them and found my salesperson, Keo at Paoli Ford. He was professional, transparent, honest and trustworthy. I made the deal over the phone and drove to PA that weekend to pick up my new Vehicle. The entire experience, including financing was top notch.

I have been searching for a new truck for months. A friend sent me a link from Paoli Ford’s web site last Friday. Stopped by on Sunday to see it, called first thing Monday morning, Megan Lorenz picked up the phone right away, no transferring you to a salesperson like other dealerships. Luckily the truck was still available so I went Monday night, Megan had the truck up front waiting for me to arrive. Lex Mellon was my sales person and she was great. I was more demanding than most and wanted lots of small details confirmed or repaired in my purchase like wiper blade alignment and battery terminal minor corrosion removal. Also the motor/drivetrain inspections, etc. Lex was patient, compliant and very professional with me. I am extremely happy with her and my purchase.

I originally went to see the incredible people at Paola Ford to see the first Mach-E. I ordered it that day, and enjoyed the wait for delivery in July. Driving the beautiful Mach-E was a blast. People flocked to the car to see it, and men would drive up next to me to race me, something that never happened driving my Volvo! In October, I bought an Airstream, and in working with Keo, we figured out that the Mach-E would not be able to pull the trailer, because of the towing capacity and Tongue Weight mismatch. So, the team at Paoli Ford, including the unstoppable salesperson DJ, and the kind person in finance, worked well after closing to help me purchase a truck that was good for Mother Earth, and could more than handle my new 25FT Flying Cloud, the impressive Hybrid Ford F-150 Lariat.

David Reinhardt- I have never had such an easy, great experience buying a car as we did with David today. We were always Ford people, but we really liked the Chevy Tahoe. We called 30 dealerships and visited two and it was such a let down. Terrible customer service and very uncomfortable setting. My husband had to pick up a part at the Ford parts department and said "lets just go see if they have any cars". I was very set in my ways(to put it lightly) that I wanted a Tahoe, but we went in and talked to David about the 22' Ford Explorer that they had. David was standing at the door, and we felt so comfortable right away. There was no hidden agendas on the price. Chevy is charging $ 2,000-10,000 over MSRP!! Not Ford. We got a fair deal on our Trade and owned at new 22' Ford Explorer in about a half hour.!! It's been a two year process from reserving, to ordering to re-ordering my Bronco and while Ford "Corporate" had many hurdles to clear during the pandemic with supply chain issues etc. Paoli Ford was always one step ahead of Ford. My salesman, Randy Richard, was always more than willing to take the time to research my production status and share any "insider" information that might be available. He was great to work with... I highly recommend him.

Really a 3 star for me, but they did stand by the mistakes and make it almost right. I had to buy my truck during covid times. My sales man was a joke but he is no longer there. But I can't dock them on the product they are selling. There were some mishaps and a bad sales guy but the truck I am happy with. That is what is important long after the sale. Do check your bushings first on a new one. My shock bushings I noticed right away were already cracking. Not the best, but not the worst.

Great experience buying my F150 at Paoli Ford! I had been looking for a truck for a few weeks and was frustrated with the “market adjustment” fees other dealers were charging. When I call Paoli about a truck listed on their website I started working with Dave Reinhardt. He was great, not only was this dealer willing to sell me the truck at MSRP, Dave explained that I could get $2000 off if I ordered a truck instead. 2 days later one of the trucks they had ordered came in and I got a call from Daves manager because he was off that day. Keo filled in for Dave and a few hours later the truck was mine. Definitely a team effort and the best dealership experience I’ve had in 20+ years of buying cars!

I recently took our 2022 Explorer in for low tire pressure and found we needed two new replacements because of nail punctures. The service assistant manager, Dan Hammel was courteous and checked the problem out quickly. Unfortunately the tires could not be repaired and had to be replaced. That was a unexpected surprise and expense. Dan quickly provided me with a couple of reasonably priced options and was very time-efficient and got us on the road quickly. At first when I was there I dealt with a guy by the name of Bob (Robert) and he was terrible. Didn’t wanna even try to make the deal and was very pushy on wanting me to just buy instead of the lease. He made a remark to another sales team member and at that point I was done. I received an email from the sales team manager asking how my experience was and if he could do anything to make a sale. I then responded with my experience he other evening and how I was handled and how unprofessional he was. He responded with the best answer ever, “how can I win the sale back and what are you looking for?” I responded with what I was looking for, but to make it a long story short I made a lease buy tonight and it was the help of Jack and DJ. Both were excellent and I’m so happy they did what they did to get me into a car.

Husband and I went looking for a new truck and upgrade from the 1500 Ram BigHorn and we found it at Paola Ford. It was about 10 minutes til closing and Lex still showed us the truck, we were even able to take it for a test drive. When we came back, Lex had the pre paperwork ready, so all we had to do was fill it out. So, we did the paperwork on a Saturday, So when we came back for the trade in a few days later, Lex and everyone else in the office made the transition so smooth, I couldn’t believe it. Once again, Paoli Ford service has proven they are truly in the "service" business. No two week wait to make an appointment between 9-5, they took our car the next day and were so easy to communicate with: voicemail, text etc. They called when they said they would and kept us updated on parts arrivals and what work was necessary vs non-immediate. It's a 30 min drive for us, and we drive past two other Ford dealers to get there - but I will do it again in a heartbeat.

DJ was exceptional, helping me through the process in getting my new Explorer. Highly recommend Paoli Ford for a great experience from the time you walk through the door.

Overall, this visit was a poor customer service experience. The Service writer made my appointment in advance over the phone - told me I had first appointment time of the day, and that the work would take 2 hours and I could wait. I then received a confirmation email for a 7:05am appointment. I quickly realized when I showed up at 7am that they didn't even open until 7:30. Then the work took well over 3 hrs. and at 10:50am when I was checking out, the Service Writer told me they don't recommend waiting anyway. First he blamed the appointment time confusion on me and when I pushed back, he then blamed it on a 3rd party??? Took no responsibility. While the work seems to have been done correctly, the service writer was very dismissive of my frustration - blew me off. Caused me to miss another appointment. My 7:05 appointment for a 2 hr. job took almost twice as long! That resulted in this not so good review because I expect better service from Ford.

Buying my 2021 Ford Edge from Paoli Ford was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman had the car ready for a test drive before I got there and within minutes I was out on my own getting a feel for the car. When I got back he had the paperwork ready for the deal we discussed via email. At no time did he try to sell me additional packages or car add-ons. The finance representative was polite and walked me through the paperwork without soliciting any additional policies. In highly recommend this dealership.

I just purchased a new Bronco Sport from Paoli Ford, and sales professional Lex Mellon, and overall I had an excellent experience. I initiated contact through their website and received a response instantly, and was able to set up a test drive with in 30 seconds. Very convenient and efficient. I arrived for the test drive and the vehicle was getting gassed up and I was on the road for the test drive within 10 minutes. While I was on the test drive they evaluated my trade in which saved time. When I returned from the test drive I was immediately able to sit down with Lex to discuss all the options available for purchase. Once terms were agreed to I was in front of the finance officer with in minutes to finalize all the finances. While doing that, the car was being cleaned up, stickers removed, etc and looked terrific when it was handed over to me. After the sale was completed Lex spent extra time with me to help get all of the, new to me, technical features set up, Bluetooth, Nav, Sync system, Apple play, lock codes etc. and some of the other sales people even came out to say hi and talk about some features and offer advice. The entire process couldn’t have gone better. Great product, great location, and most importantly great people providing excellent service.

I bought a used car here last week. Let was great as my sales rep. I knew the car I wanted and she promptly brought it around. She arranged for it to be jueled up and detailed while we completed the paperwork. No high pressure sales tactics at all. Best of all, she was great helping to keep my five year old granddaughter entertained. I highly recommend.

I have purchased many vehicles in my 42 years of life. I respect car salesman because they work long, hard hours. I never would beat them up in a review because they truly work for every penny they make and as I have said I respect that! However, this dealership was absolutely awful. They look down on folks and maintain an air about them that they are better than everyone. Even though I was putting over 30,000 dollars down they looked at my credit with a few blemishes on it and told me not to bother trying. Didn't offer me to look at any other models, they dismissed me like I was a peon. They hadn't even shopped my loan around to any banks at all. The next day I went to another dealership who was pleasant, hardworking and advocated for me. Come to find out my credit wasn't as bad as they made it out to be. The salesman explained that nowadays a good deal of folks have a few bad strikes against there credit. Nothing awful, and the deal was done. My Siberian husky has seperation issues they initially told me it was fine to bring him. Paoli Ford knew I was right outside. Inside of coming to me with information, or to gather information I waited hours right outside the glass until I finally would go in and ask what's going on?? The salesman along with several others including managers would say oh there you are! What are they serious?? Does anyone get off their butts or out of their chairs to work. Never ever again. It's just the worst place.They told me straight out, they don't give discounts that even though they have a 2019 listed for the same price as a 2022 they are not going to come down any. That most folks have trade ins and they can finagle the price that way but since I don't that I shouldn't bother telling them it's 3 years old, been on their lot 90 days plus. It was the worst experience of my life.

My experience with Paoli Ford was amazing! My service rep was a young man by the name of Hayden. I was so nervous that I wouldn’t get the car that I test drove but Hayden reassured me that I was leaving with the car if he had anything to do me. His energy was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about all the things I was unsure of. He made me feel very comfortable because I was on edge lol. He is a gentle giant with a heart of gold. I definitely recommend this place you won’t be disappointed and ask for Hayden!!

I came in looking to downsize from my pick up truck to a cargo van and was met by Jake the sales manager. Everything went smooth. Overall I had an excellent experience with a no haggle no hassle upfront pricing. Everything was included in my monthly payments so there were no hidden fees or gimmicks.
