Malvern Federal Savings Bank E Lancaster Ave, Paoli

This bank has horrible customer service I have been banking with Malvern for the past 24 years. starting in November of 2019, I started receiving returned mail fees on one of my accounts. I have called multiple times and spoke to multiple people to explained that I have not changed my address, I verified the address on file, which is my correct address and also offered to bring in my statements to prove that I have been receiving them. I was told multiple times by multiple employees that the fees would be reverse, it's five months later I'm still receiving fees and this issue has not been resolved. How hard is it to reverse fees????

I have been doing business with Malvern Fed Sav Bank for the past 8+ years. The desk service individuals and the tellers are courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They truly know the definition of RESPECT. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this bank.

Had a great experience with Donna S. a wonderful customer service person who helped me resolve an issue I had with an unknown charge on my statement. She and her team saved me time and additional charges on my account. Great local bank.

I went into a branch today and the manager threatened to refuse my deposit based on wearing a hat and sunglasses. She said i am a threat to her safety and i got lecture from her on how I'm threatening her based on my outfit. I've been a customer since 8th grade. I'm 47. .

Avoid this bank. Horribly incompetent customer service with any credit card issues.

I have had horrible customer service from this bank for routine transactions. The tellers at the Lionville branch in Downingtown were so rude it was almost comical. The manager was busy spouting his politics. Once again Lionville... Called the Paoli branch and was told someone would call me back but surprise, surprise no one did.

I’ve been a customer over 40 years. I’ve slowly watched the bank slide downhill with a huge amount of turnover and steady decline of customer service at the Bucktown branch. It’s no longer the hometown bank where you know the tellers by name and they know you. Now it’s like any other place where you are just a stranger and treated as if you have no value. Sad to see this happen to a business I used to appreciate.

Looking to do business with another bank after doing business with Malvern Federal for over 40 years do to Lionvilles Branch managers decision while I was having open heart surgery at CCH. Nothing against the tellers there because they are great.

Been with the bank for decades, excellent customer service and competitive accounts.
