Pam is the quarterback you need on your 'get me in a house' team! My realtor introduced me to Pam when I panic called him to let him know that the lender who had pre-approved me told me he "didn't think he could make it happen after all" and I should probably start thinking of alternative options. I genuinely thought I was going to have to rent for another year or two and try again.
