I had the pleasure of working with Mike Shabaan and can’t say enough good things! Give him a raise and a promotion! I was in and out of the branch within five minutes doing a complicated international wire! Thank you thank you thank you for being so courteous and polite and fast!!!!

    Response from the owner

I have to give praise and thanks to the branch manager, Jordan Lagreca. She went above and beyond the moment I walked into the branch due to an identity theft issue. She assured me she would stay on top of what was happening with my account. She continued to be very accessible to reach via phone and email. She urgently was able to get me and my officer assigned to my case what we needed. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Please praise Jordan. It was such a relief to have an actual person advocating for me and updating my claim. The 1-800 fraud department is helpful but stressful having to re explain your situation with every call. Thank you Jordan!! Keep up the great work, it’s much appreciated. Sincerely, Brittany

I have been with Bank of america for 5 years. They are terrible. Charged an overdraft fee for being short due to $4.50 tip I left the day prior. Tried to explain and they wouldn't pull back the fee. Paid it and closed the account. They dont care. Oh well.

Gil gave me the worst customer service!! I came in 5/22 with a lot of assorted bills with totaled 1000 and he used the machine to count it which kept stopping. He told me I had 885 bucks which was not the case so I told him could he count it and he tells me no it would take too long; he needs a new job. I went to a different Bank of America and my total was 1000.

Yes they charge fees here, but the service is old-school. High quality professional service. I had multiple accounts here (balances kinda low, sadly 🤷🏻‍♂️) but they treated me like the king of England!

    Response from the owner

Hi Ed. Thanks for the review! We’re glad to hear about your great experience and hope you’ll consider Bank of America for your future banking needs. ^emely

DONT GO HERE IF ITS IMPORTANT. Came in at end of day to do a wire transfer to close on my mortgage. Stood in line for 15 minutes and no one approached me, then when I got to the teller with 15 minutes left in the day they informed me that only an account manager could help me and that they didn't have time. I get being busy but the entire lack of empathy or concern was horrible. No one cared about my situation or the fact I had been with the bank for over 15 years.. I would NEVER go back to this branch again and I'm seriously looking at leaving BoA entirely. I mean if they cant be bothered for a 5 minute service then why should I be bothered to let them keep making money off me.

Terrible! Don’t ever go here! The customer service is terrible! I waited in the drive through line for 23mins with only 1 car ahead of me and when it was finally my turn the lady at the window had an attitude and tell me that I had to wait again!!! Then I hit the call button and she say I have three people ahead of me in the store line! I asked her how much longer and she said I don’t know, then she sent my stuff back! And walked away! I paged the button again and her partner said hum she just explained to you that you have to wait so what now? I immediately pulled off and went inside! I spoke with Noemi and corina about what and they were super nice and apologize for everything! They took care of me immediately! But however! Stay away from iris! That’s one of the woman’s name that works the drive through window! She is terrible! I’m a sweet person and for her to take me out of my character like that was not cool! If you can’t handle multitasking or talking to people then you need to find something that suits you, because clearly working for Bank of America is not for you!! Anyways, I’m done! Just go inside for faster and more professional service!

We were customers of B of A for over 10 years, but we made the mistake of trusting this branch with a very important transaction, and they completely failed us. The worst part was the terrible customer service provided by Jason, the manager of this branch's manager. He showed absolutely no empathy, and argued with me for about 45 minutes about a situation that was entirely out of our control and entirely within his. He pointed fingers at everyone else involved. Ultimately, the call center was able to remedy the situation, but I will never forgot how rude Jason was. He called me back afterward to apologize, stating that he had misunderstood key details and that's why he had acted that way... as if that should matter. It makes a strong statement about this organization's culture that someone like him has been promoted. Consider when banking with B of A that a long history of being a great customer across many accounts means little if anything - you aren't a human, you're an account number.

DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH (greenbacks) HERE!!! They will literally STEAL your money! Here's the skinny. I work for tips. And I just moved to the Arboretum so I thought it would be easy to just swing over to this location when I need to deposit bills. (MIND YOU: I have been depositing tips at MULTIPLE OTHER LOCATIONS on a regular basis for almost a year without any discrepancy upon my calculations.) So I go here a couple weeks ago to deposit 300. I use the drive-through. The lady comes back on the horn after receiving the money and says shes got 299. We debate, and I acknowledge that I did not count the money before I left home. There is grey area, so even though Im frustrated, I let it go. Today I go back for a 2nd time. Cash deposit same as last time, 300. But this time I sat on my floor and counted every dollar before I left. I go over to drive-through and drop it off. Lady comes on the horn and says shes got 298. I explain what happened last time and they recount and some manager comes on and tells me three people have counted and witnessed counting this 298 amount. Truthfully, I couldn't believe it. I was just in awe that I was getting swindled right before my eyes and I was helpless. I tell them this is the LAST TIME I will ever use their location and have no choice but to deposit the 298. I know what you're thinking... its only 3 dollars, or maybe you miscounted. 1) Its called skimming off the top. There's no telling how much money these guys/girls are pocketing a day scamming people for a dollar here or two there. 2) I counted three times and KNEW it was 300 before I left the house. Something is definitely afoot at this location! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
