I had a GREAT experience with the Palmetto Mortgage Group! Erik and Landry handled every obstacle with speed and precision. It was a very pleasant and fast process. They notified me each time something was needed and followed up each time to make sure it was right. I feel like they really took my Mortgage personal, I was important to them. It is a good feeling to know you have people like them in your corner during this process!

There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how great our home buying experience was thanks to Artie and his team. I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service! Artie and Brad ALWAYS answer their phone, respond immediately to texts and emails, explained every process in understandable detail and are so generous with their time. I had final loan approval in TWO weeks despite the days missed for Thanksgiving holiday, and closed on our new home in just three weeks. I can’t imagine working with another lender and getting the same results or overall great experience. These guys are the best!!

I've always recommended Artie Catoe and Palmetto Mortgage to my buyers, but when it came time to purchase my own home, I did want to shop around. After applying to 6 different lenders, Artie matched the best offer I received and I was once again impressed with such a smooth transaction. Being self-employed complicates getting a loan, but this process was extremely easy and smooth with Artie and his team. Avoid the national lenders and go local with Palmetto Mortgage!

Outstanding Service!! If you are considering using Palmetto Mortgage Group as your mortgage lender, read this. Long story short, they are incredible! I applied with 5 lenders ( online lenders, a local credit union, and a couple local mortgage lenders). Palmetto Mortgage Group was one of the local lenders. From the day I applied until now, Jon Buerkert and his team at Palmetto Mortgage Group made sure I not only felt safe with them, but really took care of business. They actually acted like they wanted my business. They were proactive and prompt. While other companies, after receiving your application, take a “hands off” approach, Jon is hands-on, as if it’s his mortgage! I really appreciated his level of care.
