    This location is a joke, I have nothing but problems from the workers here. They always give me problems about depositing money into MY OWN account. I tired to deposit a small amount of cash into my account. I had the account number, any information they needed but my driver license. They have one on file there. They wouldn’t take my CWP permit for identification. So I couldn’t deposit any money..it’s ridiculous. Went to another location and deposited it without being asked for my ID.

    I. Recently opened a new account at this location and the customer service was. Fast and outstanding..I received my ATM card on the spot ready to use..Very happy with my experience

    The staff at the Lexington AllSouth is fantastic. Jamie the branch Manager has always been super helpful and every single employee there sets an excellent example of first class customer service. I am in and out of there almost everyday and have never been disappointed. I don’t know if a better business staff in town.

    Phone wait times exceedingly long.. local branch closing makes an hour travel to drop off payment.. online app and payment method is useless unless you open a checking account with allsouth.. but keep paying that $10 "inconvenience" fee until they get a local branch back open. Thanks

    Once my auto loan is paid off, there is absolutely no chance I will even consider any service through Allsouth. They have made it nearly impossible to speak to a human over the phone. Any place that is unavailable to their customers is not a business that I would consider worth my time.

    I have been on hold over an hour and now starting with another extension. Inane music and announcement encouraging online banking. I am locked out of my account because automated security steps failed. on their end. Extremely poor service. You cannot talk to a human being. If I hear, "Your call is very important to us, please continue to hold for the next available representative" .............

    They are the worst Federal Credit Union I have ever been to! Not helpful at all! Will never go back and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place! If I could give it a zero I would! Not happy with this place so if you do business with them be careful! We gave a girl a loan on her car and to save her a lot of interest we paid off the loan on her car and this place helped her screw us out of our money! My husband lost his job due to covid-19 and now we are out of the money she owes us. We are not rich and we need our money. Not to mention I take care of my 78 year old Mother so I pray it comes back on this woman at this place! I am feeling devastated because I needed our money!

    I was told to sign up for online banking at home when opening an account yesterday. Their online form requests ssn, mother’s maiden name and other information that should not be shared on line. The bank was provided this information yesterday when I opened the account. When I told them this would not work for me, the rep. called the bank to see if I had to wait the 90 days to close the account without a charge and was told no, they would not waive the $10 fee... after being questioned about having a secure line at home, I was told I was rude when asking how they liked identity theft... This is not my kind of banking interaction; setting my calendar for 90 days.

We’ll be introducing a new Online and Mobile Banking system in a few weeks that will use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to verify the account owner.     Always professional, fantastic service, and always caring people at this branch (Lexington, SC) . Tasha in consumer loans was very professional and attentive to my needs. I have four different accounts with Allsouth and two auto loans. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I'm on this earth.

    The worst bank (experience) I have ever dealt with. Member service agent in Lexington was rude. Told me that my credit rating was 615. I contacted Experian while I was in her office they confirmed that my rating was 851. Tosha pretty much told me to leave. After this experiecnce I went to my normal bank (BB&T) bank and got a loan to pay off AllSouth because I didn't want to ever deal with them again, I called the next day to try and pay off my loan and they refused to take the payoff. Would not let me pay over the phone or in cash or on the internet. Ellen was much ruder than Tosha. DON'T USE THIS BANK unless you enjoy being ABUSED!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service and rude employees.
