My wife and I went to Palm harbor to see if there were alternatives to building a home. We had been looking to build for over 2 years and had found property to build on. However with the influx of people into the Austin area the cost to build quickly got out of our affordability range and we needed to see what other options we had. We met with Matt and he was able to help us with our dilemma. He listened to what we were looking for and then assisted us to find a home with the options and land that suited our needs at the price point we could afford. He answered all our questions and never pressured us in any way to make a decision right away. After deciding to look further in the quality of the company he took us to the manufacturing floor and went thru the whole construction process and answered all our questions to ensure we knew that we were getting a quality home. The quality of the materials and the way Palm harbor builds homes is outstanding and from all I have seen is in some way better than a site build house we were looking at building prior to looking at Palm Harbor. Every time we had questions Matt went out of his way to answer us quickly and accurately. He assisted us with financing and whenever things stumbled along with the finance company Matt was able to keep things on track and ensured we were taken care of. So far the process has been great and except for the weather delaying some things we are very happy with the service and quality of what we are buying. If you are looking for great options for a new home, Matt is the person to talk with!!

My sales person Shane, did an amazing job helping me pick out the perfect Palm Harbor home which is suited exactly for my needs. His customer service was top rated and his knowledge about all the homes answered any questions I had. The home is built sturdy and I love the siding I picked out. The vaulted ceiling and a few custom items I did to the home just makes it exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, courteous and has become a dear friend in the process. We had looked at two others manufactured home builders other than palm harbor and knew after meeting Matt Thompson this was the place to buy from. He worked with us numerous times, was honest, and always found an answer if he didn’t know it. He always took the time to work with us and answer our numerous questions. He was not pushy or demanding and always listened to our concerns and helped find solutions beyond just buying a home. His service was excellent. We are confident in our home purchase and know we will be happy in our home for years to come.

I came in to the E. Ben White location just out of curiosity. I ended up buying an amazing, high-quality home which I absolutely love. Ken Brown greeted me as I walked in and took me through the entire process with ease. Ken is GREAT. He is a straight-shooter, an honest and down-to earth guy. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question I had (which were a lot!). He was genuine and really excited for me which left a lasting impression. He is definitely not the sterotypical salesperson which is great, Ken made me feel really comfortable every step of the process. There was no pressure put on me at all; but seeing the high-quality of the houses, I knew I was getting an amazing home. I highly recommend Ken to everyone I know (or meet) that is looking for an incredible home and wants an enjoyable experience and a really fantastic home.

When you go to this location ask for Mike Mendoza. Between him and GM Mike Bueker, they will do all in their power to help you! We had a hard time finding the right situation for us, and neither of these gentlemen would quit until they found a solution. Excellent customer service, authentic guys who genuinely care! He greeted me at the door, and right away he was ready to help find what I wanted. It was all about me and what I was looking for. For over a year I was looking into buying a home, I went to different types of manufactured home sellers and I decided on palm harbor for the great attention to every detail that I was looking for in a home and with them I got the best price for my home. The customer care and service were great and were the same from beginning to end. They completed everything from their part of the contract and made me feel assured and provided me with extra resources that I needed. Every time I went into their offices I was treated with respect. We were very happy with our visit to palm harbor homes, all of the staff is very friendly && attentive. They really sit down with you to get to know you && what you are looking for in your future home. Our sales rep was Matt, && we couldn't be more pleased with how he has helped us along the way. We are first time potential home buyers && he really has been with us every step of the way whether it be dealing with our millions of questions through out this process or giving us advice on how to better our chances of getting a house. He has always made himself available to us, && is willing to go the extra mile for us. Highly recommend going to see Matt if you are ever looking for a high quality home!

It's obvious the 4 star reviews are paid. Just FYI. I refuse to use this company, or any mobile home company now. Just getting there was unwelcoming, the guy I talked to on the phone was busy so he shuffled me to someone I didn't know. Then that 1st guy was literally dipping snuff at his desk and spitting. The new guy didn't ask about me or anything, just took the papers from the other guy he printed from the internet and didn't look at me hardly, just took a red pen and said "red flag, red flag, red flag" and then showed me a lot that was $122K for .8 of an acre!! I was like dude, yeah this is the beginning of my process I wanted to know what I need to do. No big deal, I could have bought the house that day if I wanted but I refuse to now, he wouldn't even show me around the houses, gave me the key to walk around myself to the abandoned lots of homes that had no brochures or prices, etc....completely turned me off to a mobile home now. NO WAY!!!

David Scavone is an awesome sales man at Palm Harbor. He was new but he did a great job making sure we knew exactly what was going on through out the whole process and even after. From the beginning he explained everything and anytime I had a question even after hours he would return my calls or text messages. That is a great sales man! Thanks David!

I went into the location at Ben White just to "look" at my options on June 3, 2017. I was living in an apartment and was pretty much DONE. Mike Bueker welcomed me and connected me with Chris Garcia, the sales consultant who quickly took ownership of my experience with Palm Harbor Homes. Chris went over and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. I was a first time, nervous home buyer and he paved the way to make sure my experience was a good one. When we hit obstacles along the way, he was always positive and reminded me that we would get through the process. And we did. I had a build to order home and the end results were magnificent. If you are in the market to purchase a manufactured home, I urge you to visit Palm Harbor homes and request Chris Garcia. He's the best! Thank you, Chris for all of your perseverance, hard work, patience, and care you poured into my purchase. I am truly thankful for all you did to make the experience pleasurable. IN LESS THAN A YEAR FROM PURCHASE OR FROM YOUR FIST HOME DEFCT YOU TRY TO ADDRESS YOU WILL SEE WHAT THE ISSUE IS. DO NOT JEPORODIZE WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR FAMILYS SAFE HAVEN. USE THE CONSUMER FINACIAL PROTECTION BUREAU. PULL COUNTY DOCUMENTS, TRACK AND GET EVERY DOCUMENTATION AND SAVE IT JUST IN CASE FIND ME IF YOU HAVE TO AND I WILL HELP AS MUCH AS I CAN NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER AND FEEL LIKE I DO.

We came to Palm Harbor just to look, and we left knowing 100% that a manufactured home is the route we are going to take. We met with David and he was amazing! So helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. We will be back very soon to see David and get the ball rolling on our home. This definitely changed our minds on everything we thought a manufactured home was for the better!
