Jason and his loan coordinator Sandy did a great job with our mortgage. There was a complication with the title near the end of the deal and Jason went to bat for us, working closely with the title company and our real estate agent to clear the issue and get us closed. The process went very smoothly otherwise. Jason is easy to reach and follows up quickly.

If one of my friends was using this company, I would have to restrain myself for the passion with which I would recommend they change brokers. We went with them because they got us the best rate for a non-traditional mortgage as first time home buyers. Brandon was friendly and very available. That is where the positive in our experience ended. They frequently answered my questions incorrectly if they knew the answers at all. They often had to go ask internal people to figure out the meaning of certain industry terms I was using in my questions. I recieved a request for additional, updated, or resubmitted documents due to them being misplaced every week or two for the entire 2 and half month process. Hours before closing we recieved a call telling us that because of a technical mistake on their part we were no longer eligible for our loan and would need to wait four to six months before becoming eligible again. It took days of me working around Brandon to sort that out but we eventually closed on our home. If I hadn't been doing enough research to recognize when they were wrong, PacRes's mistakes would have cost us our home. We are now happily first time home owner's, but I never expected getting there could be such a nightmare.

Jason helped us purchase as first-time buyers and taught us a lot all along the way. He also helped us refinance and we will recommend him to anyone who's interested in buying or refinancing their home from now on.

I have worked with Jason Anderson on financing three homes. He was so helpful through the whole process each time. On one home he alerted me to an excessive property tax rate that ultimately killed that deal and saved me a ton of money. Jason is always on top of things and is very good at communicating what is needed, why, and what is going to happen next. Jason was very responsive each time I reached out to him. I wouldn't work with anyone else to finance a home - Jason is by far the best.

Debbie with Sandy's help worked very hard to help us refinance our home for some much needed home improvements. They made the process painless. They are and will always be our first choice if we ever need help again. We can't thank them enough!!

After years of talking about it my Wife and I decided to follow our dream of moving to Idaho and we were referred to Jason Anderson. He is a miracle worker! We had a lot of obstacles to overcome to purchase a home and he just asked that we trust him to get us to the finish line. Well we did trust in him and we are now moving to Rexburg.
