Pacific Premier Bank N Oracle Rd, Tucson

I had been banking at the Broadway location since 2004 when it was Bank of Tucson. Then the Oracle location opened up. The name of the bank may have changed, but everyone that I work with has the same welcoming spirit. I was referred to them by my colleague who said "you need a bank that works with and works hard for small businesses." No regrets. My father has been doing most of my banking for the last 15 yrs and actually sounds disappointed when I do not have reason to send him to the Oracle location. I have always had a prompt response with trouble- shooting an account issue. It does not matter who answers the phone...whether it's my business or personal account...request granted or issue always solved!!! Not enough I can say about the Oracle location. I just love all of them. Now, I must mention the Broadway location. I miss that crew...just as great, however, Oracle is closer to my business. Now....you might say that by closing at 4pm is an inconvenience. Well, you would make a way to go to any other appointment, so you can do the same for Pacific Premier Bank on Oracle. The staff at this bank make the bank. I love love love them! They are like a second family to me. Seeing them almost every Friday makes my day and I leave feeling good (the fresh popcorn helps too Albert!!!) They are genuine, caring and always ready to help in anyway they can. They certainly go beyond the "extra mile". Anybody we know that is looking for a bank gets referred to this bank, "our bank". However, I will keep the popcorn a secret so they don't run out!!!

Started banking with Pacific PB when it was Bank of Tucson. Tried giving a local business a shot. Account set up was difficult, it took weeks to get debit cards and the online system is not user friendly. The website says they have Saturday hours but not in Tucson. 8-4 M-F. No atms and mobile deposit is onerous to set up. The customer service from employees and mangers is dismissive.

It took me 20 minutes to cash a check. They needed my drivers license, my occupation, my Social Security number, and they called the person who wrote me the check. They told me this was state law which is a complete lie. Talk about a complete invasion of privacy. I could see a couple of these things be necessary but at a certain point it just goes to far. There’s also a way to do it without an attitude. They seem to forget who bailed them out with the mess that they made.

I love this bank. I am a Tucson native and have been a member of most of the banks here at one time or another. The Bank of Tucson is the first that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Being a proud customer of this bank for years, I am happy to say that they treat every person like no other bank! Respectful personal, convenient hours, great service, no hidden fees. Ladies from Pacific Premier on Oracle even call every customer who has NSF account the same day not to charge an unnecessary fee! Where else would you get a service like this! I love it!

Nancy and Jennifer are the best! Actually, all the employees are, but I work with them the most. Not only are they friendly and personable, but they will drop everything to help me right then and there. I've not had one bad experience working with this bank for the past 6 years.

My dad has a business account with Pacific Premier Bank. When I do deposits for him, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Great customer service, and very personable!

Branch put a hold on my card for what they thought was fraud activity but wasnt. But it was done on a friday afternoon right before the closed for the weekend until monday at 9am. No phone call to verify anything, no email, and calling "client services" did nothing.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Everybody is so friendly. It's also nice going to a bank where the employees are so personable.
