2021/08/04 The Bracamonte team was wonderful. I had worked with them to redo my mortgage years ago when the government was helping to lower the interest rates. I did not forget their help at that time. I was able to pay that mortgage off completely, so when I needed to make necessary updates to my home, I called them again. I highly recommend the Bracamonte team. They were able to get me an excellent rate. They were so helpful & knowledgeable. I didn’t even have to leave the house to accomplish all of this, just once for the final signing. No matter how many questions I asked they were totally able to help, no matter what the questions asked .They were also very patient. I really do appreciate what they did for me. They also were able to connect me to an insurance company that saved me quite a bit of money. They seem to also be an excellent referral for other sources of help as far as contractors. The Bracamonte Team were professional and very communicative throughout my refinancing process. I had a few details in my credit history that required some additional information and explanation, and the team was very good at helping me piece together the supporting information that was needed to get approved. Additionally, the guidance provided by the underwriter(s) changed as we were working through the process, which also required some additional information and processing, the team was once again instrumental in wading through the changes needed to comply with the updated guidance. Throughout it all, I got a steady stream of emails, phonecalls, and text messages to ensure that I knew what I needed to provide and where we were in the process.
