Company does not honor requests to not mail solicitations. I've been hung up on (multiple times) while trying to record their "guarantee" that they only mail people once. Without a list, how do you know the next time that you've already mailed before? You don't. ...and stop trying to blame your (undisclosed) third-party mailing service. Account up to your issues, and resolve them yourself!

In truth, I didn't expect to ever get refinanced at all since I had only purchased my new home only a few short months prior. Mike encourged me to give him a chance and boy oh boy, I was unexpectedly surprised to hear that even only after making three payments on my original mortgage, he could indeed lower my interest rate and subsequently lower my payments!
