I will never use the services of another credit union again following this one. My experience was a breeze. This place was amazing to be in and all the staff were not only very cooperative, but friendly and were genuinely interested in helping me attain what I needed/wanted. Used this bank for my first car and it’s awful. So awful I decided to just pay my loan off to not deal with them anymore and to this day they will charge me like if I still have the loan. I got charged several times due to their mistakes and they did nothing to make it right . Worst place ever . Their phone lines don’t work and neither do their “24/7” bank tellers . Recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The customer service is the worse I have ever received in my life. They lie and tell you they will help you with something, they never follow through. Then they still hit you with fees on the problem they were supposed to fix. They all act like they are annoyed with you. The Springville branch is especially bad. I had an account there for a few years and they still weren't friendly. I would not recommend them to anyone. They all seem like they hate their job and most of them should not be in the banking field.

Worst bank EVER! Horrible management. When I went the employee tried to help me but the manager stepped in because he wasnt sure what to do. Her name was Shelby. Shelby had a mean attitude and wasnt helpful what's so ever. It took me nearly an hour of my time to communicate with her on what I needed. I had to put it in the most simple words for her small brain to understand. But she was still rude and inconsiderate about it. I wont be going back or ever using my account anymore. The worst bank to ever use! Dont waste your time because I guarantee you even the poor management staff will!

I've taken a couple car loans from these guys and they give good rates, but the person I always get to talk to, I believe her name is Amber Brooks. Worst customer service, I sat outside her office and she never asked me to come in I had to come in and tell her if she could help me. She wasn't very happy to be interrupted. She is always the only person there when I go! I also took another personal loan and didn't ask me just ASSUMED I wanted it for a year and issue it that way. Some of the girls up front are okay. Some of their staff just hate working there, bored faces and not willing to help. This credit union has become my last option.
