Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU) N Main St, Springville

A UCCU Credit Union employee recently spend several hours of her time to help my husband, myself and our daughter shut down a scam that was trying to get many thousands of dollars from our different accounts. The scam was traumatic and left us feeling very vulnerable. This employee was calm, kind, and patient as we worked through changing all of our credit cards and working through complex issues. We were extremely appreciative of her helpful and calming demeanor. Thank you UCCU for hiring such wonderful people to work with us.

I recently moved to Utah and was in need of a local banking institution. Some institutions I was familiar with. I wanted to be a member, not just an account so opted to go with a credit union. UCCU was recommended to me, not by someone who hold a checking or savings account with them, but someone who financed their home with them. The service was polite and timely, which I appreciated. I opened my accounts with a young man named Austin who was thorough and knowledgeable. I hope their services continue to as pleasurable throughout my relationship with them as it has been so far.

Samantha was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in setting up my account. As I met other branch employees, they were just as helpful. And with numerous convenient branches located throughout Utah County, I knew I found the right Credit Union to handle all my financial needs.

Samantha was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all of our questions and didn’t mind that it took a long time to sort everything out. We really enjoyed working with her, will definitely recommend her, and look forward to working with her again.

I have been a UCCU member for over 40 years. They have given me excellent service. Most recently Aaron and Aidan at the Springville branch resolved an almost 2 year old issue I just found out about. They were very understanding and really went to beat for me. I couldn't be happier! UCCU is a great place to bank and they now have branches all over Utah county which makes it very convenient when you need a bank.

I've been using them for a few years and got great support. They reached out to me to preemptively help me avoid unnecessary fees.

We are very thankful snd pleased that your security people recognized a scam and prevented us from losing several thousand dollars. They also gave us hints on how to get greater security for our accounts. In addition we were very much helped in changing our account numbers and passwords to help prevent further scams.
