I fell into credit card debt and as much as I tried, I couldn't dig myself out of the hole. Reluctantly I contacted Pacific Debt. I say reluctantly because I have contacted other debt management services that weren't what I was looking for. I spoke with Julia, my Client Success Manager and she explained the process, and pros and cons to their services. She took a lot of time to answer any questions I had and put me at ease before I signed up. She called and texted me regularly to check in, let me know how my case was progressing, and to alleviate any concerns I had. I experienced a few family issues during the time I was working with Julia and she was genuinely concerned and made me feel cared for. I am very close to my first settlement and I can't thank Pacific Debt and Julia enough! I highly recommend their services!

Honestly I'm not sure about this financial institution. It's been almost a year since I started working with them and just recently they told me that they were able to settle. But, only after I constantly had to be calling them and asking them for updates. I still don't know if they actually did settle or not, or just told me that so i don't keep asking them. They still taking the money from my account but i don't see or hear anything going on.

Since starting at Pacific Debt several months ago, I have been in regular contact with my Client Success Manager, Julia. She is so professional and thorough, and makes the entire experience feel like a pleasant day at the beach. While she is very thorough about making sure to contact me about my statements and to obtain other supporting documentation, she makes it feel effortless. The guidance Pacific has offered to date, along with the support and lack of judgment regarding my financial difficulties, has made my life so much better. They are real professionals and have so far delivered on their promises of excellent customer service. I have the utmost confidence in this company.

From day 1, Julia calmed all my fears by thoroughly explaining the process calming all my anxieties about my debt issues. I felt such fear and shame entering the process but Julia helped me understand my options and held my hand every step of the way. You know that saying, "The best time to do it was a year ago. The second best time is right now"? I do wish I had enrolled a year ago, but I'm so glad I've finally done it now. Erin was great during the enrollment process and Julia has been excellent as my Client Success Manager. They are not only knowledgeable but very empathetic to the experience of having overwhelming debt. They've helped me completely understand how the process works and been proactive about making sure I understand my role and answering any questions I have. I feel very at ease and taken care of. Getting rid of my debts still requires making payments - they won't magically disappear - but I love being able to put this process into someone else's hands and having them negotiate with my creditors for the lowest possible settlements and payment schedules. I'm thankful for their demonstrated knowledge of the ins and outs of the process (including a few tricks of the trade).

I would say that since day one of contactingPacific debt our experience has been a positive one.One person that has been very instrumental in this is Julia Quirke. She has made us feel at ease and less anxious about our claim. We are both retired and never imagined that we would be in this situation.We have joked little when I get very anxious, Julia is always there to calm me down during what we call a therapy session. The one thing I truly value is that she always makes herself available and treats us as if we are the most important customers she is working with. As a retired Human Resource manager that had responsibility of over one thousand employees, she is what we called a keeper as she brings value to the table.

Julia is very much my right arm through this beginning process. Actually that's a understatement! Nothing can stress me out more than owing debt I`m unable to conquer and from day one Julia has calmed my anxiety & stress by taking the time to explain to me I`m never alone in this process. She made me realize I`m not trying to escape my responsibility like filing bankruptcy period but trying to get my debtors to compromise on the interests I`ve been paying and continue to. Though I didn't finish the program since my financial status got better. They gave me the confidence that everything would and for the time I was in the program was taken care of. Julia and Damion were able to answer any question and never kept me in the dark. If you're going through hardship please contact them. Great people.
