P1FCU US, Ponderay

I really thought highly of P1FCU and enjoyed the customer service until they decided it would be a good idea to sponsor a drag queen party for families and kids at "Pride in the Park" in CDA. Also sponsored by the Idaho Church of Satan (not making this up). What a brain dead company to enter into the culture war and alienate their conservative communities and customers. Many other credit unions from which to choose and so I did. This one is a good choice for woke progressives.

This place is hell, it took me more than 4 weeks to receive my debit card, you can't get anywhere with a representative if you have no idea their names or extensions, or even better the managers don't even answer their phones 75% of the time if you do have the extension.

Set an appointment and they were way past the appointment time. Let walk-ins in front of me. I got tired of waiting and walked out. No point in making an appointment there.

After going there many times I have developed a relationship with the staff and they treat me like I'm wanted. I couldn't ask for better.:) If you have a checking account with them, they charge after a certain amount of transfers so be aware of that. I wasn't told that at first, they dropped the fees after I talked to them. But, that is my only complaint. I was told they have that fee in every credit union/bank. I can't be to harsh. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with P1fcu on 3 separate occasions with 3 different people and they have all been borderline rude, barely interested in why you called and they’re in no hurry at all to get something done for you. They must have an unshakable customer base to have such a devolved sense of customer service. We are fortunate enough to be able to choose who we allow to lend us money, NOT the other way around and I surely would NOT give my business to P1FCU. They don’t deserve it.

Nichelle is absolutely amazing. She was able to get me in during my self caused emergency with no appointment and I left in under an hour with the loan that I needed for new snow removal equipment. Kind, caring and absolutely on top of it!!!

P1FCU IS THE BEST A+ for a credit union you can trust. And the best interest rates on your next purchase.

I like this branch and I like the overall service of P1FCU but I do not like that they refuse to issue debit cards on site. If you need a card you have to wait a week for it to come in the mail. It's 2021 and P1FCU is failing to move into current Banking practices that their competitors have done for a very long time.

I will not be banking anywhere else! Both my business and personal accounts are run though here. The staff is quick efficient and friendly. I recently got a loan through them to purchase a vehicle and the loan officer walked me through all of the steps while catering to my insanely crazy schedule and restricted timeframe! My 17 year old dachshund also loves it and perks up every time we go through the drive thru anticipating his treats. Thank you for all you guys do! Also being open on Saturdays! HUGE plus as a business owner!

Don't waste your time on a loan of any kind. After being approved for a loan on a side by side, driving up to fill out all the necessary paperwork, got a call the day before I was going to pick it up saying a second underwriter re-worked the loan and it was for $3000 less. After calling Potlach Credit Union I received a slough of excuses placing the blame on Sandpoint Motorsports. I've bought two new Toyota's from Parker Toyota (that were twice as much as the total loan from Potlach) by just calling and getting approved, was in and out driving those vehicles in less than 2 hours.I could have still purchased the side by side, but with no roof, windshield, winch or plow, no thanks. Sandpoint Motorsports was great, but they need a new loan agency, Potlach wasted my time and the salesman's time. Don't waste yours!!!
