Outer Banks Harley-Davidson Caratoke Hwy, Harbinger

Just visiting to pick up a t-shirt. The HD store is clean and the staff is warm and friendly. They still have quite a few bike on the showroom. The selection on t-shirts was kind if weak, only offering a few designs. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a visit. I can't speak for for parts or service.

Recently purchased and financed through OBX Harley using the Rider to Rider program. Randall with finance was very responsive and attentive with any questions I had and communicated everything very clearly. Service manager, Randy and tech Andy, were great!!! I lost my break lights while on a road trip from VA to OBX, they helped me with codes I had and was able to fit me in short notice appt to replace my rear brake switch, got me back on the road with brake lights. Thank you for your great help and assistance to make my trike safe!!

Very friendly folks working here! The girl that rang up our bill was thee friendliest ...told us the Hog story and kept us in stitches ❤️ the shirts we got are pretty awesome too!!

I can't say enough about this staff. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Me and my wife went in for tshirts left my 2020 Street Glide CVO there and left on 2021 Street Glide CVO Limited. They made an offer I couldn't refuse. Anthony was great to work with.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a new bike from here 4 months ago and I ordered a tour pack at that time that I still haven't received. They promised me compensation and I haven't received that either. They don't return phone calls or follow up after a $35,000 purchase. Very disappointed in their customer service. They take your money and forget about you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Pretty cool place. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice. I spoke with Anthony most of the time I was there. He was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about their bikes.

The service manager and mechanic went way out of there way to help me with my bike. Spent extra time trying to make a tire work on my evidently faulty rear wheel. Waited for me to order a new one while they completed a 10,000mi service. They found me some floorboards off an old bike in their shop and put them on. To top it off the service manager Randy drove 45 minutes each way to pick me up in Wanchese as the bike was my only mode of transportation. I would recommend them to anyone. Fair prices and great service. The mechanic is top notch. The shop is very nice too.

Was on my way to the outer banks and got caught on the west side of the bridge due to an accident. Was on my Harley and stopped in to the dealership.. the people were very nice. Could feel that southern hospitality vibe. Picked up a top for my friend and had a couple great conversations with the employees. It’s Gonna be a regular stop when I go to the outer banks

Went in to buy a new bike and saw the Electra Glide Revival and love the bike. The guy told me that he was going to give it to me at MSRP and told me it was $34,000. Love the bike, but looking it up online after the fact, the MSRP is $29,000. Wanted to pay cash for the bike but he talked me into financing it for 15 days so he could make an extra $200 which I obliged. Told them I wanted all my paperwork sent to my West Virginia house and they mailed everything to my second home in North Carolina so call them several times to get payoff information and every time they said they were going to call me back they did not and ended up paying an extra $500 and interest. Do your research before dealing with these guys they are not honest

Store is closed at this very moment. I called ahead to be sure they were open, knowing I would have a 45 minute to and hour drive to get there, and was told they would be open until 1pm. I arrived at 12:23pm, knowing the purchase I needed to make it would be a quick visit. The door was locked and there were people in the store completing purchases. The clerk at the front unlocked the door, and said they were closed. She wouldn't mind staying open but the systems were already closed out. How is it possible for the POS to be closed out and there are customers making purchases?? A waste of time and money....ON A HOLIDAY. THIS IS WHY I CHOOSE OTHER HARLEY DAVIDSON LOCATIOS. THIS STORE HAS BEEN AND CONTINUES TO BE A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I would like to put "0" stars as I have had no interaction with this dealership other than auto-response. Using their website I have reached out multiple times to request a quote for a bike. After receiving nothing but the canned auto-responses I put in the comments of the request I was till waiting for an associate to reach out, no response other than the previous canned versions. I can only assume they have so much business they are no longer accepting new customers.

Bought bike #4 from Outer Banks HD. Doesn't that say it all? Update 08.15.21 Bike #5 for myself and my sons. Just picked up a used sportster for the boys. Always a great experience. Jeff in sales, Anthony in finance and Kym who is the title admin are top notch. There is a reason "my dealership" is a 4 hour drive. Thanks again.

I have been waiting for a while to upgrade to a newer bike. I went into Outer Banks Harley Davidson just to window shop. I was met by Jeff and right away he was super friendly and did not pressure me into making a decision. I looked at several bike and told him what I was looking for. I was expecting to buy a used older bike maybe like a 2015 or a few years newer. After a few minutes I met the manager Anthony. He was super friendly and was ready to get me on the road. He offered me a deal I couldn't refuse and I ended up with a very lightly used 2019 Roadglide Special Billiard Blue with super low miles.They hooked me up on my trade and made the entire process simple and easy. The new management team at Outer Banks Harley Davidson have raised the bar. Very friendly and helpful and a great group to do business with.

Out of the Harley Davidson stores I've been to the has been by far one of my favorites. Big T (Country)and Krista with sales are absolutely amazing. I will for sure be coming this way for now on!!!🥯🥯👌✌

Stopped in to look at bikes and the selection they had. Left with a 2021 Limited. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff. It was an easy process and I recommend them highly.

Took my CVO limited in for 1k service today,had talked to Randy on the phone few days earlier and scheduled appointment. I arrived an hour early and Andy the technician took my bike right in... I'm telling you this place is on point.. not like the shop in Portsmouth at all!!...THiS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS.... thanks ALOT Andy, I'll be back!!!!

Stopped by to look at accessories. Went to the parts desk to ask a product question and the guy behind the counter acted like he had no clue and couldn't answer a question. I asked the pros and cons of the Harley Tri bar fender light and the Custom Dynamics Pro Beam. His response was "I always go for the Harley part.", which didn't answer my question. I then asked if the Harley part was made in China and he said "probably" and went about his business like he was annoyed. Too bad, because I was about to buy it. Also, other dealerships offer a 10% military and veteran discount. They do, but only on the third Saturday of the month. They do have a points program, but that does me no good as I was just passing through.

Can not say enough good things about this place! Anthony is literally the BEST there is! The entire staff was so helpful and dedicated to helping me find just the perfect fit. If you’re in the bike buying market be sure to check them out!!

Stopped on our way to OBX after realizing our daughter forgot her helmet. Looking at the ones in stock a young lady walked up to her and said hope you're not dropping our helmets, there kind of expensive. Then walked away. Didn't offer a proper fit, ask which one she liked... nothing. When we had to pay, same girl at the register went on and on to the couple in front of us about how traffic here sucks and they can expect to wait at least 3 hours... hoping they're not in a hurry. She told us she hates living here, and looking for a place elsewhere.

If you’re looking for good selection of bikes, and quality service, this is where you wanna go. You won’t find better deals. Great place if you’re military too. Staff members are very knowledgeable. If you’re a beginner, they explain in detail all specs of their products. Highly recommend.

She handles alot of the often over looked and under appreciated behind the scenes paper work especially pertaining to OUT OF STATE BUYER such as myself. She put the finishing touches on my purchase . My husband went to sell his bike. They made the deal and said they would call him the next day to sign off paperwork and to leave it with them. 10 days go by without them answering or returning phone calls. When he finally gets a hold of Anthony, he is quite the a-hole even though my husband was super polite but still shared his frustration of no communication. No explanation, just “idk what to tell you brother, either come pick it up or come sign off on the paperwork.” Very condescending people there with a “don’t give a crap” attitude. We decided to just sell it on our own after dealing with the piss poor service.

By far the best Harley store we have stopped at! Great sale prices and even regular prices. Huge selection of anything you are looking for. Picked up a awesome leather coat that I wouldn't have been able to touch back home for the price. Will definitely make this an annual stop on our trips to the obx!
