I was looking to refinance my beach house and a realtor I know down in OBX recommended Alex so I contacted him and went over my scenario with him and he was able to slightly reduce my monthly payment with a 13 year loan at a great rate that I could not get anywhere else as I did shop around. With the new loan that actually closed yesterday I will as mentioned save money each month plus pay off the loan quicker...win win situation. Alex was a pleasure to work with as I do live in NY so all our dealings were by phone and/or email. The process was smooth and efficient and Alex kept me posted on the status of the loan at all times. I appreciated his knowledge also of the area as when you deal with other banks they are not nearly as familiar with OBX and special requirements for Flood Insurance etc. All in all a great experience.
