This Credit Union is outstanding they've gone above and beyond for my family to explain credit,credit cards,mortgage the tellers are always phenomenal each and every time we go in there the best part if they don't have an answer to a question they find someone who does without guessing I cannot say enough good things about this Credit Union.

Not enough Saturday hours. I have to drive a distance to a branch that is open on Saturday and what makes it worse, there is no available phone tellers. This makes it sooo inconvient when I have a problem.

i have had the same issue as bailey antonson. I made my bank account with occu in march and used cashapp with my debit card until july 23rd, when it suddenly stopped working. i depend on cash app a lot , so this really made me change my feelings about this bank. really unfortunate. looking for other banks.

We do not have a direct vendor connection to the CashApp so if there have been changes to the app it was from that company not the credit union. They’re thieves do not open an account with them they have extremely bad service and then when you want to cut ties with them they hold your money for hostage for 6 months or they’ll charge you a fee to close your account by far the worst financial institution I’ve ever been a member of go to TwinStarCU way better account perks and they’re customer service is great
