Umpqua Bank S Main St, Montesano

I’ve been banking with Umpqua Bank since 2018 and in my opinion they DO BANKING RIGHT!!! I absolutely love Umpqua Bank! I have lived and banked in Connecticut, Florida, California, Oregon and Washington and hands down Umpqua Bank has always delivered the the BEST customer service and honest genuine caring for me (whether I was in my own branch or needed assistance while on the road traveling). They have ALWAYS made me feel as if I was their most valued and important customer! They have always gone above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. 😁

This is what banking is all bout for the people. If you want a bank that really listens to you. If you want a bank that caters to your needs. If your looking for a bank with properly train and very professional staff you've come to the right place.

I think the tellers that came from Elma are fantastic people. Along with the original tellers from Monte. I cant understand why someone would publicly speak negatively about the lovely people from Elma.

Dealing with Erin at the Montesano branch makes me hope this is our last house to buy. There was a severe lack of communication, respect and countless ignored phone calls from us and our realtor. Only when we reached out to her supervisor did we finally receive a call back. When we reached out to another Umpqua branch, we received a call from Erin starting "you can't do that" and refused to transfer our information to the other branch. Our closing lasted far longer than it should have due to her mistakes, she refused our request for obtaining a copy of our credit report and we finally moved in several weeks AFTER we were supposed to which, in turn, caused our insurance to be higher than it should have been which now we have to pay the difference for.

Been with them since they were First Independent, Sterling, then Umpqua.
