Employees lack training. Have problems at least once a month for the simplest stuff because they just don’t take care of what you ask or communicate in other departments within the bank to resolve the issue. Never had a single problem between USAA and NAVY FEDERAL to this day

Poor service. No one has knowledge like they have been there long. Unacceptable delays on new accounts. Slow transactions. Phone check deposits are not recommended. They put a hold on my account with only cash in it!! I’m closing mine ASAP

Went in to get some cash. Haven't been there yet, that I have had to wait. Easy in and out.

7 business day hold on a cashier's check before they make the funds available to you. Seems suspicious, like they accrue interest on your money for 10 calendar days and keep that interest for themselves.

Whenever the weather in Alamogordo is bad my debit card will not work even though there is money in it, they "lost" one of my checks that I had tried to deposit and now it is nowhere to be found (according to them), they take 5+ minutes to answer the phone at any branch (call center included), and their staff is extremely rude. If you value your money at all, do NOT bank here.
