These guys remembered me from several YEARS ago. They let you drop off your vehicle, then give you a ride to work. After work, your fixed car is magically sitting in the parking lot where you work! You don''t even have to go pick it up. Once I had no air conditioning. They put a charge in it with a blue dye and told me if they saw blue dye anywhere they would have to replace something expensive. I drove it for a day, then took it in expecting a huge bill. They said it came back fine! Only charged me for the ac charge, less than $100. Honesty in car repair is hard to find... I would trust these guys!

Nobody can be perfect. Cant get what you want all the time. If i have to get work done on my Ford or vehocle they will service their is nowhere else I'm going. First stop and last stop great service. Use with confidence.

Our experience at Osseo Ford could not have been better. We had to drive a little bit but we were able to find what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay with the service that we expected. Not pushy. Didnt give me the song and dance about "another buyer". Just make sure to get 2 keys with purchase. Replacement keys are expensive.

My experience at Osseo Ford is always exceptional! The staff is very helpful and I can get everything done in one visit. I went to change oil in my Edge and was able to change batteries in my key fob and get a new key without question and the oil change was done promptly. Was driving through osseo one day when my focus started acting up. This was like at 3pm. I gave them a call and they said bring it in.. its was fixed by or before 530 pm. Very great service and the counter staff is the best. Their service manager Jeff is the best !

From being treated like a real human to the pleasant atmosphere of the dealership I doubt I'll buy a vehicle from any other car lot. The sales staff went above and beyond anything I've come across in my 25 years of car purchases. Service is phenomenal at Osseo Ford. Never feel afraid from car troubles because these superb service technicians are the best on the planet.

Very nice ppl here, stopped to get windshield washer hose fixed, (as i was on a 5 state road trip, ) and they fixed it, and didn't charge me a penny. Would highly recommend doing all your ford business here. Thanks guys!!!

Was a great experience all the way from sitting down to build what vehicle I wanted to picking up the vehicle when it arrived at the dealership.

Friendly staff, professional, better than competitive rates, prompt service. Made an appointment for an oil change with maintenance check and a free car wash. Fast service and smooth. I was tired of waiting in a line and being told I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs from the other guys. Recommend if you like a no hassle oil change.

Bought 5 new vehicles from Osseo Ford and 6 used ones. Always have had great service before, during, and after the sale. The shop is also great with friendly knowledgeable people that care. Most welcome feeling from any dealership.

We were traveling and needed an immediate repair. The person who took care of us was very kind, and helpful,; he went out of his way to accommodate us!! Very friendly. kind staff! We actually enjoyed talking with the staff as we waited. Back on the road in one hour!

I was stranded in Osseo late in the afternoon on Good Friday. That could have really ruined my weekend. Update: Things got much better after working with the Ford Motor Company to help get parts to the dealership faster. My vehicle was fixed and ready for me to pick up faster than I was first told. Between working with the dealership and Ford I was able to pick up my vehicle in 2 weeks. Still wasn't happy about not getting a loaner, but oh well. All is good now and my vehicle is running well. Thank you to Osseo Ford and the Ford Motor Company for taking care of the issue with the motor. Not very happy with the customer service at this dealership. My car broke down in this town and was towed here to get fixed. They gave us the run around for HOURS!!! We were told they didn't have a loaner vehicle to get us home and to be able to get around for the month they were going to be working on my vehicle. They gave us a ride to our hotel to get our belongings out of the room after I asked since my fiancé needed his insulin. They called several people to have someone take us 20 miles away to get a rental vehicle, which WE had to pay for, so that we could get home. I think that everything we were told outside of them fixing my vehicle was just a lie to try and keep us happy. Well, we are quite upset that we STILL don't have a loaner vehicle. Having to pay for a ride to work every day is getting expensive!!! I have to do this for like a month. I thought that getting in contact with Ford Motor Company would help, but I don't think that is even going to help. I think most of this issue is because we live around 200 miles away from this dealership. I don't think we are going to get any help from this dealership. I feel sorry for anyone that happens to break down in this town and your vehicle gets taken to Osseo Ford to get fixed. I was told that I would get a call letting me know when the parts would be in and maybe an approximate time the repairs would take. I am still waiting for that call and a loaner vehicle. I am sure that we will have to pay for another rental vehicle when my vehicle is ready to be pickedup.

Great truck, great service department, but there was a bit of miscommunication from sales. Rather than attempt to understand how it felt from my side, and allow they could have communicated better, they were more interested in telling me why I was wrong to have misunderstood. Unfortunate, but not uncommon, I guess. Update, still don’t have a completed truck two weeks. Now, it’s not even misunderstandings, it’s terrible communication. The sale is made, so they don’t seem to really care if they do a decent job now.

I have bought my last four trucks from Osseo Ford and have always had a great experience, through both the sale and service. I would recommend Osseo Ford if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Wife and daughter went there yesterday to buy a car cash money and salesman was very rude. She wants 4 wheel drive not all wheel drive. He was trying to push all wheel drive on her. No she wants 4 wheel drive and will pay CASH for something she wants not what you want her to buy. So with that said you just lost 3 sales. Daughter, my wife is looking for a new one,and myself. Just for information when I buy something I am buying what I like not what you want us to buy so you lost out on a cash sale and probley another 70 to 80 grand
