Mark Lee was such a fantastic realtor to work with. We connected regarding our interest in a new listing that was exactly what we were looking for. Mark found this property and almost immediately sent us the details and within a couple day he promptly meet us at the property and despite the cold weather and snow Mark walked us through the property and provided us with all the many details about the property. We were so impressed with the property and his customer service that we put in an offer literally the next day and the offer was accepted by the seller. We are so happy to have purchased this property with the help of Mark. He kept in constant communication with us whether it be through phone calls or text messaging and made the process so very easy. I would highly recommend working with Mark if you are looking for a home or just looking for land. We now have the property and can start planning for our retirement and eventually building our retirement home on the land we just purchased. Never having heard of Bahnub Realty before we were unsure of the company. After meeting Mark, at a home, we were very pleased. He was knowledgeable in areas that we were unsure of. The experience was totally great. If he did not know the answer to questions he was very timely with the answer/ response. We were shown about 10 different properties during our search and Mark was early or on time for each showing. In the end we found a great property. Mark took the time to travel and show us the property twice before we made an offer. The offer and purchasing experience was easy.
