If you want someone that is well-mannered, knowledgeable, and has great communication throughout (in my case) an auto load, I highly recommend him. Good service, however, it was a very confusing setup in the new branch. Difficult to find who to speak with to make a deposit, etc. Yet once someone was available to help, the service was very fast and efficient.

Don't waist your time with this Bank. Many times it takes 3-4 days for a debit card transaction to hit your account- and yes that's running it as debit OR credit (which I only run debit). They have waited almost a week to show multiple past transactions and it hit all at once. No consistency. Every other bank has it figured out.

TERRIBLE CREDIT UNION! DO NOT DO BUSINESS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT!

This location has always been good to me. Most recently, after a few attempts by phone to speak to someone to unlock my account, I went in person to this branch. Courtney was very polite, helpful, courteous, and professional. He got my account unlocked in very short order. Give this young man a raise!

Important business to conclude on a finite timeline. I spent 15 minutes (!) on hold and waiting for a human to speak with, trying to verify that the Notary was present before making the drive...only to find out that they would soon be arbitrarily closing an hour early for the day due to construction. Who needs this hassle? Not me.

Worst banking experience ever. Can't get support on line or on the phone. They won't call back or answer phone or e-mail. I'm closing my accounts and lock box and moving everything to First South Credit Union. Only reason I gave one star is that is the lowest I could give!

Ever since the remodel they have the WORST customer service and attitudes ever! No one seems to know what they're doing now, or how to help customers.

I have been trying to speak to someone about a problem on the phone and online and cannot reach anyone. The automated phone response is an inferior program. Very poor customer service.
