I highly recommend Oregonians Credit Union! My husband and l have banked here for years! They have helped us with many different loans over the years and have really wonderful service. When l walk in everyone is so friendly and lm always treated very well! Shafer from the Oregon City branch went the extra mile bringing to my attention a new rewards program that pays me money just for using my debit!

She provided the most genuine and most sincere customer service I’ve ever experienced. She considered my loan applications based on the whole picture and not just a credit score. I'm not not happy with the due date on my car loan because according to collections side of main branch we were only paying half month on monthly payments and it getting us into deliquemt status I wasn't aware of this and it was on due date on contract but yet despite this the loan is deliquemt and had this going on since 2017 and loan is way past The two year agreement

I have been with Oregonians Credit Union for many years, and for good reasons. I have never had to look at changing credit unions as I am so very satisfied with their services. The staff are friendly and courteous, and I have never had the slightest problem with errors on their part. Auto payments and online banking make it so very convenient to conduct business. Rates are excellent, and they are very responsive and personal. Melissa, the branch manager, is outstanding. She is kind, courteous, attentive, and uses great discernment approving or denying loans. Oregonians is extremely helpful with all of our banking needs!
