I’ve had progressive and geico for years. The customer service and responsiveness from Jeff’s office has left me wondering why I haven’t been paying the little bit more for State Farm coverage this whole time. His team is easy to work with, they check in with clients regularly for feedback, and Jeff has taken plenty of time to talk through the details of my coverage and how several different situations may interact with it. This has been very important as we’re first time homeowners. Since my switch I have had no hesitation recommending this office. I assume many State Farm offices are providing similar service, but I can only speak for this one. If you’re willing to pay just a bit more, because it is more money than those other companies I mentioned, it’s a good switch.

I have been with state farm since I started driving and specifically with Jeff Landstroms office for 10 plus years. They have always been so helpful thru the many questions I have. They are quick to respond and very professional. Recently got a life policy for my son and Cheyanne was so helpful and quick to get everything done and I was able to do it without having to go into the office. It was such an easy experience. My Husband and I have been with Jeff Landstrom State Farm for over 15 years. Our business, and personal. Always friendly, easy to work with. Any time we have had a claim, they are eager to help us. One instance we had was a full day of photo sessions, we dropped the camera and flash and broke it. I bought a new camera and flash same day, and we were back in business within hours. The money was almost instantly available to cover our mistake!
