Orange Beach Waterfront Park Canal Rd, Orange Beach

This is a really cool park! I spent a couple hours with the kiddos and we had a blast. The playground equipment is really unique with interesting musical things, lots of slides, a crazy spinning rope thing, lots to climb on. It was clean, well maintained, and enclosed by a fence. We "took a hike around" and found a small boardwalk by the bay. Looks like there is a public pier that is currently closed for repairs. And the arts center looks like a fun place to peruse if I didn't have the kids. They do have an open to the public Hot Shop that you can watch live glass blowing! We just missed them on their lunch break but I bet that would be an experience. Plenty of picnic tables both in the open and under shelters. A fine park.

Beautiful and peaceful. The two swings, in memory of Mr Pages, to rest in the middle of hot day was fabulous.

Playground and fishing pier good for small kids. The park is well maintained and the water near the pier is really shallow so kids can swim. The playground area has swings and a large ship shaped structure to play on. Would have rated higher if there were a few more things the kids could have played on but they still had fun. Looked like people were catching some fish while we were there.

Loved the blown glass demonstration and art gallery! Will definitely be back for a class or to bring our grandkids to the playground!

They do such a great job here of keeping things clean and picked up. Any park you go to whether the beach or walking trails its the same thing....clean and inviting. Way to go Orange Beach crew. 6 years running and we'll be back for a 7th.

We have gone here with friends for a few years. We used to sit on the fishing pier with friends but it got wrecked with Hurricane Sally and they 'NEVER FIX IT!' THAT WAS ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO! I wish they 'got on the ball' and get it FIXED! US SNOWBIRDS can then USE IT for six months if we want to and bring our business into Orange Beach. My husband and I come all the way there from Barnwell (Fairhope). About 25 miles to sit and go ro Orange Beach restaurants.

The new kids playground is awesome. Our son loves it and has tons of fun climbing, swinging, & sliding. All the equipment seems really well built.

Art show! Lots of talented artists there.

We LOVE this park! Great place to launch, have lunch, relax, and with a children's park adjacent.

Cobalt restaurant dine in or outside patio. Enjoy the waterfront view. Servers Excel in customer service and knowledge of menu .

Beautiful area with a great covered pier nice parking lot that's paved. Picnic areas with a sandy beach to walk right into the water.

That's actually best park we have in the area.

It's nice to have a place for both the pup and kids to play! They have bbq grills available.

Nice small park. There is a playground with picnic tables and grills at the front. There is water front in the back of the park for swimming. Saw a couple of dogs there enjoying the water too. As of 4/22/22 the pier is still closed, so fishing was a no go today. There is a dock but signs clearly state no fishing from the dock. There are 2 restrooms (one at the front of the park and one at the back of the park). Definitely will return.

Surprisingly huge piece of property! Lovely new playground, super well-kept grounds, bathrooms were clean. I really like that the waterfront is far enough away from the playground that kids can't just wander off and fall in the water. You'd literally have to be ignoring your kid completely. Love it!

Very well kept park with clean restrooms. Huge playground for the kids. Nice pier with a beautiful view of the water. There's also bench swings to enjoy the sunset.

Nice little bayside park with small quiet beach, picnic tables and shelter. The fishing pier and playground are currently (7/10/21) closed. Pier is in need of significant repair and playground has been demolished to make room for a new play structure. I’d like to visit when the playground is completed and the pier is repaired.

Such a fun park! I love that there is only one entrance and exit so you can see and know that your kids haven't accidentally wandered out or anyone else has taken off with them. Fun stuff for a large age range, plus the pier is nice and within walking distance of the playground. We also use the built in grills at the pavilion to grill out hamburgers and hotdogs for the family. Fun for everyone!

Early morning at the waters edge, you can watch the dolphins eat. The way they rush the shore line and then dart back out is pretty dang cool to witness.

We love the waterfront park! The kids love the playground and then going down to play in the sand by the water. The new ADA accessible boardwalk is a nice addition.

Always enjoy eating my lunch here or drinking my morning coffee before work need to fix the pier though

Peaceful setting. The pier is gorgeous and spacious, the grounds are clean, plenty of shade, picnic tables and comfy benches and swings everywhere.

A great park on Wolf Bay and Bay Le Launch. Has a wonderful play park for the kids and if you're into art, there's a pottery, glass blowing and art gallery right in the park.

Yearly event by #OrangeBeachPolice for the children in our area. Thank all of you for your hard effort. My grandson had a wonderful time.

Such a great experience visiting Orange Beach! Just a peace reliever!

I was looking forward to a few days of fishing at this park. Looked up info before I drove from Tennessee. This park was not my only reason to be at Orange Beach but was a place I planned to visit. The pier is closed and no fishing is allowed as of 8-9-21. What a joke.
