Jon and Terri were helpful beyond what I have come to expect in a real estate agent. They are reliable and knowledgeable about the area. Jon was very patient with showing me many houses without being pushy or sugar coating any of them. I finally found the right house for me and he facilitated the offers and counter-offers vey well. They have good contacts for insurance, etc. if you are not familiar with the area. The only down side is that the Keller Williams offices are a bit difficult to find, particularly the one in Daphne. Everyone is pleasant and helpful, though, and it was more convenient for me to go the office in Daphne, so I am glad it was there.
