They were also always there to answer additional questions we had (and were always patient with us as first time home buyers). I honestly felt like Jen was looking out for our best interests at all times and knew I was able to put my trust in her team. Even after successfully closing on the house, she has given recommendations and answered questions we’ve had about our mortgage. Could not be happier with how things have gone!!

Eddie Stephens is top notch! Eddie opened our eyes to financing options we did not even know existed so we could buy a townhome that our daughter could rent to friends during college. He closely monitored rates and helped us lock at a great rate, saving us a ton of money. We purchased a townhome from an acquaintance without a realtor. Eddie took care of contract writing and made sure the timeline went smoothly. He is a super nice person, and he was amazingly responsive to any questions we had. At every step of the process, he went above and beyond what most mortgage loan officers do. We have now used him for two home loans, and we would definitely use him again in the future.
