Elevations Credit Union 21st Ave, Longmont

This is an excellent institution! I have received service that is above & beyond on a consistent basis and appreciate everyone’s professionalism and kindness. I do highly recommend Elevations Credit Union Longmont!

Elevations CU is an extremely annoying company that sends out junk mail designed to seem very important and urgent. I would avoid a shady company like this.

Went in to pay my mortgage on a Saturday. Couldn’t pay it due to the appropriate office being closed before branch closing time which was an inconvenience. A few weeks ago I went in to inquire about an IRA I have with them and a male financial advisor rudely said “Well if you’re not re-investing with us then we can’t help, you have to hire your own tax advisor”. Which was completely false and misleading information because I found out later they do have IRA reps that can help. I called multiple times today only to be directed to a call center and put on a list at which point they called me back at 5:37, again after all the necessary departments are closed. Customer service dropping the ball.

I got a auto loan through Elevations and the entire process couldn’t have been any easier. I had the keys to my new car in my hands in a few hours. Alex was very friendly, helpful and experienced which made buying a car an amazing experience. She is an outstanding person! The process was so easy I decided to refinance my other vehicle. Unfortunately Alex had the day off but I was able to get help from another fantastic employee Gary. Again, the entire process was so easy and he made things extremely convenient to finish the re-fi within a little over a day. Amazing staff! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Elevations!

Over the phone, or in person, I’ve always had friendly, polite, and helpful service. They seem to actually genuinely care about their customers. Opening an account was easy and pleasant. I worked with Dawn (I believe is her name, I’m so sorry!) I was taken back by how kind she was. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations, and even set up my app for me! For the first time ever... I actually love my bank. Weird right?!? Hahaha!

Kaylee Fontes is amazing , she helps me out in any way possible . She’s bilingual so that’s awesome !! The front desk lady Syrenity Barquist is so nice and also helpful , love coming to this bank!

Teller was very rude when I had informed her she had messed up on the payment for my credit card. I use a cash advance from my other credit union debit card to pay and that cash advance limit was reached after she repeatedly took the card in and out saying the transaction wasn’t going through. So as I showed her that the money had been taken from my account she suggested I simply try a lower balance. She got aggravated as I continued to explain and show her what happened and that she was wrong, then she got a bit condescending and called the manager over. The manager backed her up and said if I wanted it resolved to call my other credit union where the money had been taken from. So I was out of the money from my checking account and my balance on my elevations credit card remained the same. Luckily my other credit union made it right. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Main Street location.

The place was so busy but they got us in their the fastest they could! They were super prompt about our needs and helped us very efficiently! The only downfall is that they have so few locations but that's almost every credit union.

I was using the shared branching feature of this credit union as I am not actually a member of Elevations. The teller was competent and quickly handled my uncommon request which was very helpful as we were short on time. I'm happy that they were able to get us in and out without a hitch and provide quality service.
