Academy Bank Main St, Longmont

The staff was exceptional!! Very kind and helpful and had a very established and "home" environment even though their set up is in Walmart. I was helped right away and all my questions were answered promptly and clearly and I really appreciated the effort and kindness. Mariana was the individual who assisted me on this occasion and her wonderful customer service was refreshing and part of many reasons I will happily be back for further banking!!

Rudest employees I've ever dealt with anywhere. Dealing with the government is more pleasant.

I used to love this bank until two days ago, after I paid off my bank fees, all of the suddenly I can't use my money and I'm little mad. And no I'm not overdraft at all. I don't understand

Worst bank ever. Closes my account without notice due to inactivity and takes the money that was in there. Chat representative says direct deposit re-opens the account and wait 3-5 business days. Now it has been 6 business days, still no sign of my account. Losing my money and time just because of damn bank account!!

At first I was a bit skeptical. They didn't like new checks since my account was so new, so I stuck with instant cash places for cashing my pay checks. Also I hadn't needed to try their customer service help line. But once all that was past, they grew on me. I can use mobile deposit and it is quick so long as it's during business hours. Also the people with their customer service help line are really helpful. They're also open 7 days a week, and till 7pm on Weekdays! Only wish they had more locations!

This branch is amazing! All the workers go above and beyond for their clients. Mariana is amazing at her job! 10/10

WORST BANK EVER!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK! They closed our Bank account with no notice and no explanation. They claim to have mailed out a notice letter which never arrived and the worst part is THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY which was over $30,000. They claim to have mailed out a cashiers check 3 weeks ago but magically that has not arrived either. THIS BANK IS DISHONEST AND CORRUPT

Apparently Academy hires anyone off the street. This location has the rudest staff. I have never been treated so poorly. I chose this bank for the convenience but now I have no choice but to seek a better bank with a better staff

Double crossed! I joined AB in Lafayette in the Walmart. I thought they were the best thing around. Open 7 days and great hrs. I was so happy. Then, 6 weeks later they closed without any warning. No one told me when I was signing up and closing my old bank account. They moved to Longmont and there isn't 1 place in my town now or anywhere to bank with them anymore near me. This defeated the entire reason I used them! They scammed me and moved. I have since joined Elevations Credit Union and am happy. Avoid these cheap skates! Also customer service was slow and untrained. Also tried to get a loan and at the last minute after talking with them and looking through options they said there was a $30 non refundable fee to apply. HUH? Wait, you charge me interest on my loan and I have to pay to get the loan? Kidding me right? I didnt take the loan needless to say. Watch out for hidden fees as well. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK.

Worst bank i have ever had to deal with. They dont even deserve one star. Opened my account about a month ago and have had nothing but issues with these people. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. I will never recommended this bank to anyone. I will be closing out my account asap.
