Jose help me with my application to build my credit

I accompanied my friend who received a promotion in the mail and was excited about the possibility of getting his loan renewed as his letter stated. When we walk in the place was empty and the employees were just hanging out talking. The gentleman who helped us, named Jhair, called my friend over and my friend proceeded to give him his info. Almost immediately Mr.Jhair tells my friend "There are no promotions available for you" in a very demeaning tone. My friend asks why and this whole time Mr.Jhair is very short tempered and gives almost no explanation. We tell him about the promotional letter and he says thats just a marketing scheme to get clients but it means nothing. I go on to tell him why do they send out those promotional letters and make people drive out to their locations if they are not accurate. He just shrugs his shoulders with little to no empathy. In times of this pandemic, when many people are struggling to make ends meet and maybe a loan would save them from further financial burden, to have that attitude towards customers is just cruel. My suggestion to him was to maybe at least have better communication skills and empathy for clients, to which he bragged "If I wasn't great they wouldn't have transferred me from Las Vegas to this location." At this point, incredibly disappointed with the whole experience we left.

One of the best places to get a loan and start to build your credit. The staff is fast, efficient and friendly. Application process only takes a couple minutes and doesn’t take as long to hear a response unlike other places. I high recommend to anyone who’s looking to build credit history to apply.

Friendly staff. This place is much better than Payday loan options and helps me rebuild my not-so-great credit. I just wish that they have chairs and some sort of privacy booth to sit during the process.
