One Main Financial has been so pleasant to do business with. They made me feel like I was the only client they had. Very personable and comfortable to work with. And always do everything possible to help me reach my financial goal.

Ask for James!!! He will talk you through every thing. He’s very detailed. Also very polite. James, took his time and did not pressure me into getting the loan.

My loan officer ( Ursula) at the lapalco office was very professional, positive and had only my concerns at heart. She listened, anticipated my future financial structure and informed me about things that I wasn't aware of concerning credit rating, consolidation and genuinely cared about my needs. I was very impressed with not only her, but the office atmosphere as well. I'm definitely recommending her to anyone that is worried about future financial status and we'll being. She is a one stop shop. I'm no longer concerned and following her program for my financial situation and future status.

I dont understand how so many mistakes can be made processing an application but the people at the lapalco office must have wanted to find out. This is my third day sitting in this office for hours and now we are being told there was another mistake and they have to start over. Come to find out, we are working with a new employee and she has NO supervision or help. So, essentially I am her Guinea pig. I have used this office before with no problems and everyone worked together. The employees there now are useless. Lesson learned, I will not be back to this office.

Mr. James was AWESOME!!! Mr. James made this transaction so easy I was so excited. I recommend this loan company to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Do not get a loan from this place or any omf. Customer service is great with the exception of being misleading. I was under the impression that if I paid off as much of the loan as possible in the first few months I would not have to pay as much in interest. Not with their loans. Currently I owe approximately 1100 on a 6600$ loan. This month I have payed 215$ towards the loan of which on only about 40$ was actually applied towards the principle. They use The Rule of 78 with their loans. This rule has been outlawed in many states and why it is allowed in La is beyond me. It is a TRAP! You pay more interest towards the beginning of your loan which would make sense, except that I dont owe 6600$ any more. I only owe 1100$ and they are charging more interest than what's actually owed on the loan. Do not fall into the same trap that I did. I thought I was being smart with a no prepayment penalty, but its almost irrelevant with The Rule of 78

My experience here was beyond exceptional! I am beyond impressed! James helped me with all of my needs! He’s very Promt and efficient! He explained everything thoroughly, and answered every question I had!!! I would recommend any and everyone looking for some extra funds to definitely contact him. I filled out and online application on Wednesday night, James contacted me the next morning which was Thursday, and by Friday the funds were in my bank account.
