    I’m so glad I found this place to finally pay rent. Melanie was so patient with us even though we were having trouble with our apartment complex. She was so sweet and caring!

    Most of the time, I have a great experience here. I’m always taken care of by Ms. Natesha. She’s always so upbeat, helpful, and quick serving. My last few times here haven’t been as pleasant. To be clear, I don’t expect everyone to be super joyful. It’s work, it’s a job. I understand that very well coming from retail. But I don’t want to come in to pay a bill and feel like I’m destroying the zen. All the other workers just seem mad. That’s the vibe I get nowadays. No greeting or anything. I’m usually out in 3 minutes, I’m not here to give you a headache. I’m still going to business here because of the services offered but I don’t look forward to the bad energy.
