Staff is helpful and friendly, interest rate is just ridiculous crazy but when I needed the cash they would find a way to help me out.

Auto Loan Predatory Lender -- BUYER BEWARE!!! The annual percentage rates charged on my auto loan are out of this universe (close to 40%) although my credit scores are just under 700. I didn't realize this until I had chosen my car and sat down to complete the loan papers. I later discovered my auto loan isn't being reported as an auto loan to the credit reporting agencies, so I am not getting any credit for my always on-time payments. I definitely do not recommended doing business with this company if you have other options. I'm also upset with Credit Karma for listing OneMain Fin'l under my auto loan options.

The ladies at OneMain Financial was very professional and informative. They made me feel very comfortable about the option I choose for my financial need. I have recommended them to family and friends if they are every in a bind.

One main has been calling everyday on the hour for late payment which I understand I responded to them and called back a Theresa like they asked I told her I could be 280 and then clear my balance out the next week they said they needed the least 333 I responded the smallest amount they could take was 300 They said they had to send me to a different department for the payment which they transfers for me I believe to the same person lied to me took a card number and said all was well Not even day later got a call back from Claudia saying they actually needed 320 and I said I just set up by agreement to pay 300 Claudia said they would repo the car if I couldn’t come up with the extra 20 Which I responded we made a agreement with your company she told me not with her and she would need at least 5$ and could I borrow the money from my co workers don’t have anyone who could loan me 5$ I told them no we already had agreement set up He then responded where is the car located I told her the same addresses that I recently gave them so basically they were threatening to take my car and going back on the green in our game with them told me that I set up my agreement over the computer when that was false they called me they are very unprofessional company and I have to do is they call my wife they call my mom which is one of my referrals all when I already set up anything with them they stress my pregnant wife out and my family we are willing to work with them I would not recommend one maim in Waukegan to anyone or their company

Everyone I spoke to was pleasant. I didn't even have to go to the office. The young lady helped me and went through the whole process over the phone and a few emails. My approval was fast and my money was there the next day as promised. It's only missing 1 star because the interest is so high. Other than that, I'd recommend to anyone who needs some cash fast.

The whole team is great! Alexandria helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommend her!!

Title wrong, loan wrong, service bad. The attitude they give when they have to fix something is sickening. If I could give them 0 stars I would. BAD... Just really bad. Will not ever use them again and do not recommend.
