OneMain Financial Auto Park Way, Escondido

By far the worst financial experience I had in my life. I have a loan with them with 34% interest rate for at least 4 year. My credit was not that great then. However my credit now is excellent and I was pre-approved for 12,000. I only wanted 3,000 they told me my rate would be 13%. so I apply all I wanted was just to lower that rate. And now they are making it so hard that I just gave up on them. I will never recomend this business. Now I can see why their rating is so bad. Thanks God for Citi Bank I got the loan at 11% rate and I'm about to paid them off.

I was pleased with the service I got from Onemain financial I did my application process online provided my info electronically received a call next day and was approved Jamilet was very helpful and walked me through the entire process via phone and online would definitely recommend OneMain financial to anyone looking to get a loan.

This place just helped my boyfriend and I who were DROWNING in bills catch up and get back on our feet. We were able to refinance our truck and get a cash loan for only 1% more APR than we were already paying. My boyfriends credit isn't good and they were able to get him a loan and even get me off of it when originally I had to cosign. We are so happy and the optional insurance packages to add are super convenient. Thank you SO much Damari you're amazing and your attitude is so uplifting! 10000x THANK YOU for getting him approved, I know it was a long shot. In short, if you're in a tight spot and need a loan and have some sort of collateral (and have intention of actually paying your lien holder back), OneMain is totally worth a try!

Onemain Fiancial gives loans to people who cannot afford them. I’m serious, it’s not an insult and there’s no shame in it: if you are looking for a loan... and this is the ONLY place that will give you the cash... you cannot afford whatever it is you are trying to buy. I had one of these before I became educated on interest and accounting (I was a young broke college kid). But, after understanding the DAILY interest rates and review of the financial statements; my $260 a month payment only applied $40 on principle!!! This loan would never pay itself off. I wasted THOUSANDS! It took a lot of effort to pay it off throwing everything I had at this loan. I wish I was smarter when I was younger and it’s sad watching people get into these. Please, understand these loans will destroy you financially and they are sooo expensive as time goes on. Just avoid them, pick up a side huddle, drive for UBER, mow lawns, do ANYTHING other than get a loan from Onemain.

This isn't necessarily for the branch in Escondido but for the loan company in general. A complete rip off and joke. All they want is your $$$$ and they charge high interest rate. DO NOT COME HERE FOR LOANS. I wish I never did.

Great place! Very nice people. Anthony is a great guy. Had a few laughs. Stephanie is wonderful. Went over all the documents in detail and was a pleasure to be around. All said and done I had a great experience here. Thank you !

The interest rates are decent but the customer service is atrocious. If you want to get anything done, you basically have to go directly into the branch. I literally waited for a call back all day yesterday from the branch manager, Anthony Romero, to refinance my loan after I made a huge payment off of it last week. He said he promised he'd call, but here I am. Awful place. Don't waste your time.

They get 4 stars for helping us get cash to move but when it came time to get our title back they lost it sent it to DMV for processing didn't update our mailing address after telling them 3 different times over the phone. Moved out of state sand they told us that we would have to come into the office to fix the situation. I'm sorry I am not driving 3500 miles round trip to fix their screw up

Terrible loan company. The rates are outrageous. The service is beyond rude. One day late on a payment and you get several phone calls a day. Mafia style loan company. DO NOT USE!

If I could give NO STARS I would. Their phones never work, they never answer emails that they received them, you have to chase them down cause they never call anyone back and the list goes on! Everyone in that branch is rude and acts like it is an inconvenient to speak with you. This company should get rid of everyone in that branch and start over. Too many excuses!
