Kate did an extraordinary job polishing up my silver ring and did it with a smile on her face and Josue was really attentive and kind. Both had amazing customer service. Definitely recommend !!!

The employees at Gems N' Loans in Escondido are always very welcoming and friendly.. Not only to myself but ive noticed how the other customers are treated respectfully and with a smile also. I appreciate all the help ive gotten over the years from Gems N Loans and the understanding when I wasnt able to pick up my item on time. I will always throw this companies name out there when someones looking for a loan or looking to buy some jewelry! The store is clean, the staff is clean (lol) , and the prices are fair. First time at this pawn shop and I will be coming back. They have great customer service, Anna in redline was great. When I first went in she was busy with her iPad but as soon as she saw me, she offered to help me right away. She was super nice and attentive. I got myself a pair of leggings (I was freezing with this rain) I love it that they have great affordable prices. I will be coming back soon.
