I'm very grateful that these guys were able to help me out of a tough financial jam. I payed back the loan with bigger chunks to keep fees quite low. They have always been so kind and helpful to me meeting my goals. I'm happy to report that I am now debt free. Tip: pay higher than the min if you're able to. Thanks again.

Horribly RUDE Branch Manager Sara Rockybrown First issue: 9/29 Tuesday I got an email from my boss saying that OneMain has been calling the office. I specifically told servals representatives that if I don’t answer calls from them durning work hours, I will be returning the call as soon as I can. OneMain continues to call my office. Second issue: Today 9/30 at 5:04 p.m. I called the office to make a payment on my account. Plus I needed help with assistance from hours being cut at my job due to COVID-19 since March and being on deferment for months. After being on hold 6 times with no results on my issue (by a new hire at the office) confused outta my mind and 25 mins on the call. The new hire place me on hold AGAIN and I was transferred to the branch Manager named Sara Roxybrown without being told I was going to be handle by Sara. I had multiple questions regarding my account that wasn’t answered by the new hire. Sara was ridiculously rude, very unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I had to repeat EVERYTHING to the branch manager to get answers and to understand how my account was being handle. Sara was rushy with my Situation. By me trying to understand correctly Sara the branch manager was repeatedly telling me “ Stop playing games” and “I’m not here to play games with you “ her tone was so loud she and was over talking me. All this rudeness was because I was trying to understand what was going on with my account. Sara then told me that “this call is going on way to long. I have a meeting and I need to get off now” I told Sara how rude she is being and how rushy to get me off the phone. I asked her if the call was being recorded and she said yes plus I asked for her name. After I told Sara she was being rude and if the call was recorded ALL OF SUDDEN she wasn’t rushy anymore and the call extended another 15 mins with a different attitude . Turns out that I check to see what time they close and office closes at 5:30. Sara didn’t have a meeting she wanted to go home and wasn’t worry about my concerns. All she wanted was the payment. This was by far the most rudest branch manager I’ve ever encountered. I checked my call log and the call ended at 6:06 . It was clearly that she wanted to clock out and customers are not her concerns. I will being doing a complaint on the 3 b’s after this. No one should ever be handled the way I did.

The ease with which I was able to get a loan a year ago was so effortless that I am here doing it again. It was on the recommendation of my sister who has also used them multiple times. Of course they need some collateral for large loans. That s a part of the deal. They work with less than stellar credit. So you have to expect that. Never had a rude or inconsiderate interaction. So thank you One Main Financial for making the money I need accessible and payments affordabke.

Be careful when you get a loan from this place. They tried tacking on $2500 in optional insurances without discussing anything with me before the papers were typed up. As I was signing the papers at the end I noticed the extra charges. They told me it was too late to change and they would have to redo the entire application.

Brenda and Josh over at One Main Financial are totally awesome. So kind and helpful. They helped me out in a bind. I highly recommend One Main to anyone looking for a loan.

Ever since I began dealing with One Main Office in Simi, the entire team has nothing short of amazing. Tere, Josh, and Farah have once again surpassed my expectations in their level of professionalism in handling my loan requests and going beyond what I would have expected. My needs were not only met, but I was left with a new loan which is going to save me money both now and later. I can't say enough about my interactions with each member of the team as well as my outcomes. I recommend anyone to One Main!!!

Don;t ever get a loan from One Main Financial there Customer Service sinks. The Manage is rude and not helpful at all. I want my lien released on a care with 180,000 mile that is worth about 200 they refuse to do it unless I gave them the information on my car I bought which by the way is none of their business what I do. So tonight I am going to take a wrecked barely running 2008 Chevy Malibu and put in front of their office on LA Avenue and the can keep it since they want to own it so bad. I am paying on a loan with 343 in interest and 71 towards principle and they won't release my 200 dollar car. I will tell anyone who listen how bad they are. Judy Joseph

Brenda, Farah and Tere, were extremely helpful, they were able to get me a monthly payment that was within my budget and I was comfortable with! I highly recommend these wonderful ladies at one main lenders in Simi Valley !

They do not understand how they company works, they put down their head quarters, and continue to harass their client to send the payments to their office instead of head quarters even though the payment instruction address if to Ohio office. Also, they are not familiar with the laws:"Postmark Prompt Payment Act of 1995, the legislation would establish a simple test for timeliness in payments to creditors: You're on time if the postmark on the envelope containing your check is no later than the due date for your loan payment." Very unprofessional

One main finance of Simi Valley, are very professional, kind and go out of there way to help you with solutions to your fanatical challenges. Brenda was my loan officer, she explained different options that would help with paying of some of my debts, and giving me money to put into my bank account.
