These people lie through their teeth. They harass you, too. You have a ten day grace period to make your payment, but they will call multiple times a day every day during that grace period beginning on the due date. Lelani herself has a terrible attitude and is rude as can be. She’ll talk down to you with abusive language like you’re her own personal punching bag. It’s unbelievably unprofessional. They’ll lie and say you haven’t updated your information, despite the fact that they’ve sent mail to the new address and called the new phone number. They’ll try to gaslight you by saying they didn’t say what they literally just said. Stay far away from these people. They are no good.

I was given the run around by Cece for over a week only to learn that I didn't qualify for anything. I had to call back daily for a week for her to finally let me know. Even when she constantly promised to call back, she didn't.

I will never in my life get a loan here ,these people are rude and very disrespectful, and will RIP you off,these people are very disrespectful

I went to one main financial in starkville Ms. I talked to cece. She gave me the run around for a week. She promise to call me back she never did. I gave her my co-signner info. She wouldnt call her back. She is very unprofessional & dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this place to get a loan from. I went to tower loan I didn't have any problem getting a loan. They very professional & honest.

I've had two loans with this place and both times they have been very helpful, fast and nice. Would recommend.
